Shen Yun Tickets version 9.01 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

    1. GREY BAR 'PRICES & FEES' (NEW FEATURE):  
      Grey bar "Prices & Fees" popup is now dynamically-updated as fees change, and no longer requires manual updates.

    1. REPORTS ORGANIZATION  (IMPROVEMENT):   
      Per marketing team's request, re-organized some report sections and layout positions on Event and Store levels, including added new sections such as Customer Journey Tracking.

    1. RECIPIENT ADDRESS VALIDATION (IMPROVEMENT):  
      Now offering recipient address validation with new service.

    1. ADDRESS AUTO-COMPLETE  (IMPROVEMENT) :  
      After research analysis, further improved configurations so that address auto-complete options offer more accurate city addresses.

    1. ADDRESS AUTO-COMPLETE  (IMPROVEMENT) :  
      Added address auto-complete feature to the "Billing address 1" field on desktop for sales-side checkout page.

    1. REMOVE TICKETS FROM CART  (IMPROVEMENT):  
      Sales-side seating chart cart "Remove All" button can now remove a large quantity of tickets in cart quickly, checkout page individual ticket removal is also improved to be fast.

    1. UNSUCCESSFUL PURCHASE TRACKING REPORT (IMPROVEMENT):  
      Added patron-side checkout page validation errors for Mobile Three-page mode and Desktop mode to the report. Store admin can easily find details on failure transactions. 

    1. ANTI-SCALPING (IMPROVEMENT):  
      Improved setting descriptions for anti-scalping MTPP (Max Tickets Per Period for All Sites), and MDVP (Max Distance Between Venue and Billing Postal Code) settings for better user experience. 

    1. PROMO EMAIL CHECKBOX (IMPROVEMENT):  
      Last November, the checkout page checkbox for promo emails opt-in became default unchecked for US per marketing request. Presenters have the option to default check it on event level if they prefer (setting is under "Promotion").

    1. LARGE QUANTITY ORDER  (FIXED) 
      Sales-side when added a large quantity of tickets to cart and clicked checkout, then go back to seating chart to Add More Seats, no longer fails and now can execute quickly.

    1. EXCHANGE (FIXED)  
      Now customer info (recipient and billing) from original order will no longer be lost during exchange due to encountering gateway errors.

    1. GOOGLE PAY (FIXED)  
      Fixed Google Pay popover window not showing up issue for Chrome browser. Now customers can see the window after clicking Google Pay button.

    1. SALES BY DATE AND EVENT REPORT   (FIXED) 
      Store level Sales by Date and Event Report filter by Order Revenue or Ticket Revenue now works as expected.

    1. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS   (FIXED) 
      Customer Notifications stats such as open rate, click rate, etc. will not randomly reset to zero. 

  1. SEASONAL IMAGE  (FIXED) 
    Seasonal images for future seasons are now supported. The events will display different images for different seasons. 

FOR KOREA

  1. SMS COUNTRY CODE (IMPROVEMENT):  
    Korea now supports International SMS with country code dropdown selection. Customers can fill the phone number and select the respective country code.

 

FOR JAPAN

  1. LINE TRACKING CODE   (FIXED) : 
    Improve the Line app tracking code in the system for Japan to help presenter with more accurate analysis.
