Shen Yun Tickets version 8.09 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

1. PREMIUM PACKAGE (IMPROVEMENT): 
   • The premium package ticket price is now hidden on the regular seating chart page.
   • The 'Hold These Seats' button is disabled, with an information '(i)' icon indicating to the sales user that the Premium Package seats cannot be placed on hold.
   • For a premium package order, clicking the 'Clear Cart & Go Back', 'Back', or 'Add More Seats' buttons will redirect the sales user to the Premium Package landing page.
   • Android mobile users can now zoom in and out of images by clicking on them in the carousel on both the Best Available and Premium Package landing pages.

1. CANCEL ORDER (IMPROVEMENT): On the Cancel Order and Convert to Gift Card pages, sales user can now revert the returned seats to their last ticket status.

1. ALL-IN PRICING (IMPROVEMENT): The all-in pricing message above the price legend on the seating chart has been updated to remove '(before taxes)' for US events that are not subject to tax.

1. ZIP CODE (IMPROVEMENT): All instances of 'zip' have been updated to uppercase 'ZIP,' as Zone Improvement Plan (ZIP) is the standard term for the United States postal code system.

1. TICKET PRICES CONFIGURATION (IMPROVEMENT): For admin users, the 'Apply to Schedule(s)' dropdown on the Ticket Prices configuration page has been enhanced to dynamically enable or disable checkbox options, depending on whether the price can be added or edited for a schedule.

1. GIFT CARD REDEEM (FIXED): Orders containing products can now be redeemed using a gift card.   

REPORTS

1. SALES BY DATE (FIXED): The total revenue in the Sales by Date report is now accurately calculated for quantities over 1,000.

1. EXPORTED REPORT (FIXED): The event schedule date and time are now included in the report header section of the exported report file.

1. EVENT SETTLEMENT (FIXED): 
   • Product amount totals with more than three decimal places are now rounded to two decimal places.
   • Orders containing products and paid with multiple payment methods are now accurately accounted for in the report.
   • The report now accurately reflects the revenue for an order with a non-refundable product (e.g., insurance) when it is canceled.

FOR JAPAN

1. PAYGENT 3DS (IMPROVEMENT): 3D Secure (3DS) has been implemented for Paygent credit card transactions to enhance fraud protection and comply with the Japan Credit Association (JCA) mandate.

1. PAYGENT CREDIT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): The error message for failed payments due to an expired credit card has been improved for better clarity.

FOR TAIWAN

1. ATM REFUND (IMPROVEMENT): The ATM refund type is now visible on the Cancel Order page for SY Admin users when the original payment was made via ATM.

1. BILLING NAME (IMPROVEMENT): A new setting has been added to configure whether the billing name on the checkout page must be in English to match the name on the Taishin credit card.

1. ORDER SUMMARY (IMPROVEMENT): The last four digits of the Taishin credit card are now displayed on the Order Summary.
