FOR ALL USERS

• GROUPED CHECKOUT SURVEY ITEMS (NEW FEATURE): presenters may choose to display the checkout survey items grouped by category for mobile, desktop or both. By default, mobile displays checkout survey items grouped by category, while on desktop they remain ungrouped. Presenters may change these settings for each event. • SOFORT AND IDEAL WEB HOOK (BUG FIX): added a web hook mechanism to the Sofort and iDeal payment methods to ensure completion of 3D secure card payment orders. Previously, on a few rare occasions, customers would have trouble completing orders using 3D secure card on Sofort or iDeal.
• REMOVE GIFT CARDS (BUG FIX): added a Remove link for gift cards in the Cart page. Previously, there was no way to remove a Gift Card from your cart.

FOR SALESPEOPLE

• FIXED HOLD TICKETS (BUG FIX): on a few rare occasions, when salespeople clicked "Hold" on their selected tickets, the hold would not save and the tickets remained for sale to the public. This has been fixed.

FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT

• GROUP SALES ENHANCEMENT: users may now select tickets with "Sales Only" status, and add them to a group directly. Previously, only "For Sales" tickets could be added to a group.
• CUSTOMER NAME IN GATEWAY TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION: added the customer's name to the description field for transactions in the payment gateways. This makes it easier to correlate payment transactions with orders in Ticketintgbox.
