  • SEAT CHART ZOOM (IMPROVEMENT): Zooming is now a bit faster so that customers can select their seats more quickly.

  • MISSING CUSTOMER INFO (BUG FIX): Fixed a very rare issue where customer information is not correctly stored during placing of an order.

  • SEND SEATS (BUG FIX): Fixed an issue where the incorrect seats are shown if the customer removed some seats from their cart.

  • ORDER SUMMARY (BUG FIX): Fixed an issue where a placeholder image is displayed for a gift card order.

  • GIFT CARD (BUG FIX): Fixed an issue where gift card is still redeemable before the activated date and after the expiry date.

FOR SALESPEOPLE

  • HOLD TICKETS (IMPROVEMENT): Carry over first name, last name, phone number and email from Tickets on Hold to the recipient fields in the payment page.

  • HOLD TICKETS (BUG FIX): Fixed a rare issue where held tickets are released as available when attempting to hold tickets at the top of an hour.

  • TICKET EXCHANGE (IMPROVEMENT): Display a warning message when attempting to exchange tickets across different stores.

  • POST TICKET PURCHASE SURVEY PROMPT (IMPROVEMENT): Do not show the post show survey reminder prompt when clicking on Place Order. Instead only show the survey page if it is not filled in and do so after placing order.

FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • TAIWAN ATM REPORT (NEW FEATURE): A new transaction report showing the order ID, virtual number and customer information.

  • CONFIRM PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Added the ability to sort ascending and descending for all columns. Also added the ability to define the number of payments to be listed per page.

  • TAIWAN ATM (IMPROVEMENT): Allow filtering by orders paid by ATM payment on Manage Order page.

  • REMINDER EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Added a confirmation dialog to the Send Now button in Reminder Email when sending them out manually. 

  • SALES BY DATE REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Removed unused $0 Ticket Qty column. 

  • ORDERS REPORT (BUG FIX): Discount code now correctly shows up in the Disc. column on the Orders report.

FOR MARKETING

  • POST SHOW SURVEY (IMPROVEMENT): Capture survey answer as soon as the customer answers a question.
