Ticketingbox version 7.18 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

• NEW ORDER CONFIRMATION AD (NEW): Modified TB emails content for an updated set of Dancer, Shop, and Zuo Pin ads.
• NEW 2023 TRAILER (IMPROVEMENT): Modified TB emails content for an updated set of Dancer, Shop, and Zuo Pin ads.
• ADMIN USER LIST (IMPROVEMENT): Made a change so that only store users are displayed by default. Performance improvement was also included to reduce loading time to less than a second. 
• HOTLINE ON BEST AVAILABLE (IMPROVEMENT): Hotline number on the best available checkout pages now show 
• SALES BY SALESPERSON REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Added in a new column "Group" to reflect the User Group that the salesperson belongs.
• POST SHOW SURVEY (FIXED): Fixed a bug when survey questions are not visible immediately after they are created. 
• ANTI SCALPER (FIXED): Fixed a rare bug when anti scalper functionality does not kick in when system is under heavy load. 
• SCANNER MESSAGE BUTTON (FIXED): Fixed an issue where the scanner message button is not showing up for canceled orders.
  
• MISSING USER GROUP (FIXED): Fixed a bug where empty user groups are not listed when managing user groups in a Store.
• UNSUCCESSFUL PURCHASE REPORT (FIXED): Fixed a problem where in some cases, the word "undefined" appear in the Phone column.
• LANGUAGE ITEM DUPLICATION (FIXED): Fixed an issue when the same language item can be created multiple times.
• ORDER CONFIRMATION (FIXED): Added in a comma right after "Dear Customer" when sending out order confirmations.
• ADMIN ONLY TICKET STATUS (NEW FEATURE): Added in a new type of Ticket Status so that only Store Admins can modify them.

Israel

• PELECARD WEBHOOK (NEW FEATURE): Implemented web hook for Pelecard to enable better troubleshooting and more reliable payment capture
• ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Improved error display to show more information instead of a generic failed to initialize message.
• BEST AVAILABLE UI (IMPROVEMENT): Improved ticket selection column text UI for right to left languages. 
• PAY BY CASH (FIXED): Fixed a bug when placing an order with cash payment method.
• CURRENCY SYMBOL POSITION (FIXED): Fixed currency symbol position so that it is now displayed on the left instead of the right.
• E-TICKET EMAIL (FIXED): Fixed an Android UI issue on E-Ticket email where text was getting truncated.

Korea

• ADDRESS LAYOUT (NEW FEATURE): Built a custom billing address form for Korea where buyer information precedes shipping information. 
• SMS SHOW TIME DISPLAY FORMAT (IMPROVEMENT): Now shows the full date and time when sending out order SMS. 
• ERROR MESSAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Improve popup error display to show more information instead of a generic failed to initialize message.
• LONG CURRENCY LENGTH (IMPROVEMENT): Improve display of prices when exceeding 6 digits. 
• RESEND CANCELATION EMAIL (FIXED): Fixed an exception when attempting to resend cancelation email of an Korean order. 

Poland

• STRIPE BLIK (NEW FEATURE): Implemented Stripe BLIK for Poland to better supplement the existing Przelwey24 payment method.

TAIWAN

• TAIWAN PHYSICAL TICKET (IMPROVEMENT): Made minor position adjustment to various elements on both versions of physical ticket.
