Ticketingbox version 7.22 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

  • MOBILE ADA SEAT INDICATOR (IMPROVEMENT)Display ADA seat where possible during mobile checkout.

  • ADMISSION MONITOR TITLE (IMPROVEMENT)Improved page title for Admission Monitor page. 
  • REPORT DROPDOWN CURRENCY DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT)Improved currency symbol display for the Korean Won, Polish Zloty, Australian Dollar, Czech Koruna, Norwegian Krone, and Swedish Krona in reports.  
  • EVENT PAGE SCHEDULE TIME (IMPROVEMENT)Improved schedule time UI so that date and time are positioned together.
  • SALES ORDER CLASSIFICATION (FIXED): Fixed a rare bug where a salesperson sold order is classified as a customer order if the salesperson sold this order at least 3 hours after a previous uncompleted checkout.
  • CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION VIEW CUSTOMER LIST (FIXED): Fixed an issue with View Customer List not loading any customers.
  • DUPLICATE BARCODE (FIXED): Fixed an issue with duplicate barcode if the seat is sold twice and subsequently canceled. Fixed another barcode issue when the seat in an order is converted to a Gift Card.
  • TICKET STATUS PAGE SEATING CHART (FIXED): Fixed a bug on the Ticket Status page where the bottom of seating chart is cut off and can not be scrolled down.
  • ORDERS REPORT SCHEDULE FILTER (FIXED): Fixed a data generation timing issue that causes some orders to lose schedule information. 
  • DELIVERY METHOD CANCEL BUTTON (FIXED): Fixed a bug where clicking cancel button takes the user to the store delivery method list page instead of event level. 
  • POLAND CURRENCY SYMBOL PDF (FIXED): Fixed an issue when Poland currency symbol is not displayed in PDF report.
