  • NEW MAIN MENU AND HOME PAGES (NEW FEATURE): The main menu and home pages have been completely redesigned for a better user experience. Also, users may customize their home page with favorites to focus on what's most important to you. Learn more about these changes by watching this short video.

SALES & SUPPORT
  • TAKE OVER CARTS (NEW FEATURE): Sales and support staff with the security access to perform exchanges may now take over a customer's cart and place the order for them. Learn more about this new feature by watching this short video.

  • ISSUE COMP GIFT CARDS (NEW FEATURE): Sales staff with a new security privilege may issue complimentary gift cards to customers.

  • REPORT INTERFACE ENHANCEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): Users now have the ability to show or hide columns as well as change the sequence of columns in all reports. The user's changes will be remembered by the system.

  • IMPROVED PERCENT SOLD BY PRICE REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): The Percent Sold by Price report, which is also displayed as the "Available Tickets: All Shows" view in the seating chart's grey bar, has been made more legible and clear to understand.

  • AUTO-GENERATE CSR FOR PENDING REFUNDS (IMPROVEMENT): As a new option in the system, presenters can choose to auto-generate a Customer Service Request (CSR) any time a refund to cash or check is performed. This allows users to use CSRs to manage the queue of fulfilling cash or check refunds.

  • MANAGE GIFT CARD PAGE ENHANCEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): There are now columns and filters to better determine the type of gift card and be able to identify cards with remaining balance.

  • FIXED COPY FROM GREY BAR ISSUE (FIX): There was a problem preventing users from copying content from the grey bar. This is now fixed.

  • NEW REPORT: SALES BY GROUP (NEW FEATURE): Displays sales statistics and attributes for each sales group defined in the system.

  • NEW REPORT: SALES BY DATE AND PAYMENT (NEW FEATURE): Displays sales numbers over time for each event.

  • NEW REPORT: SURVEY PERFORMANCE (NEW FEATURE): Displays summary statistics and attributes for each survey defined in the system to better understand how patrons are responding to the survey(s).

  • ALL-NEW POST SHOW SURVEY (NEW FEATURE): The post-show survey has been completely redesigned to provide a better experience for customers, and more customization options for presenters.

CUSTOMERS
  • ALL-NEW SEAT SELECTION (NEW FEATURE): An all-new seating chart to allow customers to better find the seats they want, placing a focus on location and user confidence. This new seating chart will be rolled out slowly, and will not be immediately available for all shows. Learn more about this new feature by watching this short video.

  • INTEGRATED VIEW OF THEATER-FOR-SALE (NEW FEATURE): Presenters now have the option to allow customers to see seats sold by the theater within the Ticketingbox seating chart. Learn more about this new feature by watching this short video.
