  • Add a total line for event level theater report “Sales by Ticket Type and Schedule” at the very bottom to assist theater managers and presenters with their event settlement.

FOR TICKET MANAGERS

  • Allow call center staff to search for orders with Priority and Express shipping methods as well as by zip code or postal code.
  • Allow shipping staff to filter by First Class, Priority and Express orders in the Shipping & Handling page.
  • Allow alphabetical sort in shipping job queue based on customer last name. 
  • Fix a blank page issue when batch printing multiple orders in the Shipping & Handling My Queue page.
