Shen Yun Tickets version 8.03 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

    1. ANTI-SCALPING (IMPROVEMENT): The ‘Ticket Limit Exceeded’ alert pop-ups shown to customers on the seating chart and checkout pages have been redesigned with improved messaging. The 'Scalper Email/Domain Blacklist’ site and store settings now allow for domain and TLD blacklisting. Please reach out to support@shenyuntickets.com if you have any recommendations for additions to the blacklist.

    1. BEST AVAILABLE (IMPROVEMENT): Customers can now input only up to the maximum tickets allowed per order on the 'Find the Best Seats Available' page.

    1. SEATING CHART - GREY BAR (IMPROVEMENT): The 'Error Codes' link and information popup have been added to the grey bar on the seating chart page to help sales users interpret the reference code shown to customers, such as ‘Ticket Limit Exceeded’, which prevents them from completing their order.

    1. CART PAGE - FACILITY FEE (IMPROVEMENT): The 'Facility Fee' column has been added to the left section of the cart page on desktop devices for consistency with the right section.

    1. MOBILE 3-PAGE - CART (IMPROVEMENT): Customers can now remove multiple tickets at once on the cart page of the mobile 3-page checkout flow without having to expand the ticket section after each removal.

    1. MOBILE 3-PAGE - DELIVERY STEP (IMPROVEMENT): In the mobile 3-page checkout flow, customers must now select a delivery method before proceeding to the next step. This prevents the need from having to go back, select a delivery method, and re-enter payment information.

    1. TICKET EXCHANGE (IMPROVEMENT): The recipient phone number field is now optional on the exchange page.

    1. SEATING CHART - LANGUAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The language preference navigation menu has been added to the seating chart and all subsequent pages.

    1. MANAGE ORDERS - SEARCH (IMPROVEMENT): Two new search filters, 'Section' and 'Ticket QTY Larger Than' have been added to the advanced search on the Manage Orders page.

    1. REMINDER EMAIL (FIXED): The reminder email no longer contains a broken mobile E-Ticket link.

    1. MANAGE ORDERS - SEARCH CREDIT CARD (FIXED): The advanced search for the last 4 digits of a credit card now displays matching results instead of showing no results.

    1. DISCOUNT - EXCLUDE PRODUCT (FIXED): The coupon type 'Dollar Off per Ticket' discount now applies only to tickets, not products.

    1. GROUP SALES - DELETE (FIXED): The system now displays an error message when a sales user attempts to delete a group sales hold with at least one ticket in 'In cart' status.

  1. CAMPAIGN - QR CODE (FIXED): Clicking the 'QR Code' link on the Campaign List page now generates the QR code instead of displaying a 404 error.

 

REPORTS

  1. ADMISSION REPORTS (IMPROVEMENT): The barcode column in the Admission Details and Admission Absentees reports now clearly indicates if a barcode for an order has been canceled.

 

FOR CANADA

  1. PSI XML GATEWAY (FIXED): The PSI XML gateway recently updated their system, causing credit card transactions to fail. This issue has now been resolved.

FOR KOREA

    1. CHECKOUT PAGE - FULL NAME (FIXED): A new full name language item is now used explicitly on the checkout page of the Korea ticketing site. Other language items exclusive to the Korea checkout page are clearly marked in the scope field.

  1. MY ORDER - CANCELLATION (FIXED): Customers will now receive an SMS confirmation after submitting an order cancellation request on the My Order page.

 

FOR POLAND

  1. REFUND TYPE - BLIK (IMPROVEMENT): The refund type 'BLIK Dispute' is now available on the Cancel page for orders originally paid with BLIK.
