UPDATES TO TICKETINGBOX

On September 1st, we made a few updates to Ticketingbox, the most recent of which is version 7.14. This email contains a list of enhancements and that are now available.

• AFFILIATE MARKETING REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): A series of improvements to the affiliate marketing report by adding columns to reflect net revenue and total revenue for new and canceled orders.  
• 2023 SHEN YUN BRANDING (IMPROVEMENT): Display Shen Yun branding image on cart page to improve customer seat selection confidence. 
• 2023 SHEN YUN SEASON IMAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Display 2023 season image on Abandon Cart, Friend Referral, and Send Seat emails.
• MANAGE ORDER PAYMENT METHOD (IMPROVEMENT): Credit is now available as a payment method filter selection on the Manage Order page to search for exchanged orders. 
• POST ARCHIVE GIFT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): Various improvements to the Gift Card feature so that it can continue to be used after orders from past seasons are archived. 
• GIFT CARD DEACTIVATED DATE (IMPROVEMENT): Record the deactivated date and time if a Gift Card is deactivated manually or the Gift Card order is canceled. This date will also be visible in the Gift Card report. 
• STRIPE CREDIT CHECKOUT (IMPROVEMENT): Improve Stripe credit card field so that the credit card number is displayed if there's an error.
• NAVIGATION GREY BAR CONFIG (IMPROVEMENT): Allow users in non-US cities to config their own content. 
• SALES GROUP NAME CHANGE (IMPROVEMENT): Changed "Sales Group" to "User Group" in Orders report and filters to differentiate this from Group Sales feature. 
• E-TICKET PRESENTER SUBTEXT (IMPROVEMENT): Allow a new line of text to be added underneath the presenter name in simplified and full E-Tickets.
• SEATING CHART REMOVE ALL (FIXED): Fixed a display issue so that the "remove all" link is in the same line.
• JAPAN CONVENIENCE STORE PAYMENT (FIXED): Fixed a bug that is causing a fatal error message on order summary immediately after the order is placed. 
• MISSING COPYRIGHT SYMBOL (FIXED): Fixed a font issue for Japanese physical ticket when the copyright symbol is not able to be displayed.
• CHECKOUT FEES PLUS SIGN  (FIXED): Removed an extra 'plus' sign when displaying the amount of fees during seat selection.
