Shen Yun Tickets version 7.34 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

1. MULTI-STORE USER LOGON (USER SETUP - PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP) (NEW FEATURE): If you have multiple user accounts for accessing different stores or events, you may now access all your data with a single login session! To enable this function, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com to setup a parent-child account relationship among your different accounts.
2. USER SETUP - PASSWORD EXPIRATION (NEW FEATURE): To improve system security, users who have not enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) will now receive periodic email reminders prompting them to reset their password.
3. USER SETUP - DORMANT ACCOUNT (NEW FEATURE): To improve system security, users who have not enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) will now receive periodic email reminders prompting them to log in to their account before it is automatically deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.
4. USER SETUP - RESET PASSWORD (NEW FEATURE): A 'Reset Password' button is now available to administrators on the User setup page for active users at the store level. After an admin resets a user's password, the system promptly sends an email to the user with a link to create a new password.
5. USER SETUP - ACTIVATE / DEACTIVATE (IMPROVEMENT): When managing user accounts, the 'Release' button has been renamed to 'Deactivate'.  Once deactivated, a user’s store access is revoked, rendering them unable to log into the system. Conversely, the 'Unrelease' button has been renamed to 'Activate'. Upon activation, users regain access to their original store privileges and can log in seamlessly.
6. ANTI-SCALPER - SCALPER EMAIL BLACKLIST (NEW FEATURE): To deter scalpers from purchasing and reselling tickets, we've implemented a new feature called 'Scalper Email Blacklist'. This feature flags emails associated with known scalpers. When someone with an email on the scalper email blacklist attempts to make a purchase, the system will display a warning message: 'Sorry, we are unable to process your order at this time. (Error code: SEB)'. For more information or to submit an email address to add to the anti-scalper blacklist, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com.  
7. ANTI-SCALPER - STORE LEVEL (IMPROVEMENT): You can now customize at the store level the anti-scalper thresholds such as maximum tickets per order, per event, or per performance within a specified period. The default settings for these thresholds should prevent many scalper attempts. Should you wish to customize your store settings, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com. 
8. LANGUAGE ITEMS - CLEANUP (IMPROVEMENT): Unused language items have been removed to enhance efficiency for translators.
9. SEATING CHART - LOADING (FIXED): The seating chart now loads seamlessly when switching between the Best Available page and the seating chart page.
10. TICKET STATUS BREAKDOWN (FIXED): The Ticket Status Breakdown category heading (e.g., Capacity, For Sale, Sold, Other) has been incorporated into the pop-up window when a sales user clicks the link on the Event Home Page schedule listing. Furthermore, the 'For Sale' breakdown has been improved to show '0' instead of being blank when the quantity is zero.

REPORTS

1. EVENT SETTLEMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Additional line items have been included in the Event Settlement report to correlate the new 'Total (exclude COMP)' quantity with the Amount Due Shen Yun Tickets. New to the Tickets Sold Summary section: 'REGULAR (Canceled without ticketing fee refund)', 'COMP', 'Total (exclude COMP)'. New to the Ticketing Fee Sold Summary section: 'Ticket Qty with Ticketing Fee (Canceled without ticketing fee refund)', 'COMP', and 'Total (exclude COMP)'. This update extends to other reports like the Ticket Sold Summary and Sales by Salesperson reports. 
2. ACCOUNT BALANCE STATEMENT (IMPROVEMENT): The term 'Adwords' has been updated to 'Google Ads' across various reports, such as the Account Balance Statement report.

1. PAYMENT GATEWAY - STRIPE (NEW FEATURE): Stripe payment gateway has been implemented for Japan.
