Shen Yun Tickets version 7.32 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.
- MY ORDER - CONTACT ME (IMPROVEMENT): Implement configurations at both site and store levels to automate the Responsible Area assignment and define notification email addresses for Customer Service Requests (CSRs) created upon patron submission of a My Order – Please Contact Me form. Implementing immediate assignment and agent notification aims to minimize response delays and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- DISCOUNT CODES - CREATED BY (IMPROVEMENT): The 'Created By' field has been included on the store and event Discount Codes settings pages to provide transparency regarding the creator of each code.
- REMINDER EMAIL - CALENDAR TITLE (IMPROVEMENT): When a patron clicks on the 'Add to Calendar' link from the reminder email, the calendar title now includes the time zone. This adjustment is intended to reduce confusion, particularly for patrons living near time zone boundaries.
- REFER A FRIEND - EMAIL VALIDATION (IMPROVEMENT): After clicking 'OK' on the email validation error message modal, the 'Refer A Friend' form will remain open, allowing patrons to correct the email address without having to relaunch the form.
- TICKET STATUS SEATING CHART (IMPROVEMENT): Enhance the Ticket Status seating chart configuration page by adding section information and improving the display of gate information.
- ORDER SUMMARY - ORDER HISTORY (FIXED): On the Order Summary - Order History section for the reminder email log, the Notes column has been updated to reflect the actual email subject, and the 'View Email' link is now visible in the Info column.
- EVENT HOME PAGE - STATE ADDRESS (FIXED): On the USA event home page, the state address now displays the 2-letter state abbreviation codes rather than the full state names.
- CHECKOUT PAGE - RECIPIENT EMAIL (FIXED): The recipient email field is now correctly displayed when placing an order on the iPad 8th generation.
REPORTS
- ACCOUNT BALANCE STATEMENT (IMPROVEMENT): The Global Adwords and Global Facebook campaign expense types are now included in the Account Balance Statement report.
- ACCOUNT BALANCE STATEMENT (FIXED): On the Account Balance Statement report page, when the Store filter dropdown is set to 'All', the error message has been updated to display 'Please select a Store' instead of the previous incorrect message, 'Please select an Event.'
- ACCOUNT BALANCE STATEMENT (FIXED): Enhance the layout of the Account Balance Statement report and eliminate any special characters or symbols for a cleaner presentation.
- ADMISSION DETAILS - RESET BARCODES (FIXED): Ensure data for barcodes reset before 4/1/24 is fixed for inclusion in the Admission Details report.
- BARCODE EXPORT (FIXED): Update the Barcode Export report to exclude reset barcode that is not 'SOLD' seat status.
FOR KOREA
- MY ORDER - SELF CANCELLATION (FIXED): Implement logging to troubleshoot instances where order cancellations fail to process. Display an error message to patrons if the payment gateway encounters difficulty processing the cancellation request.
FOR NON-USA
- PATRON ORDER SUMMARY PAGE (FIXED): The Zuo Pin slide-in banner text no longer overlaps with the logo. This issue affected certain languages.
