Ticketingbox version 7.20 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

• DEFAULT CANCEL ORDER PERCENTAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Introduced a new setting "Default cancel order percentage" to control the default Cancel Fee amount as a percentage of the ticket price amount.
• TEMP HOLD (IMPROVEMENT): Various enhancements and fixes around Temp Hold, label fixes, more extensive logging of all temp hold actions.
• ADDING COMMENTS ON ORDER SUMMARY (IMPROVEMENT): Improved adding comment and adding Customer Service Request so that users must discard or save any changes before closing the dialog box.
• SETTLEMENT REPORT UI (IMPROVEMENT): Improved numeric alignment display and adding thousands separator.
• SETTLEMENT OVERVIEW REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Improved settlement overview report by adding new Waive Fee column and hiding TB Fee calculation column.
• SHEN YUN ZUO PIN AD (IMPROVEMENT): Updated Shen Yun Zuo Pin Chinese wording. 
• SHIPPING EMAIL DEFAULT MESSAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Changed default shipping confirmation email message.
• LONG NUMBER FIX IN REPORTS (IMPROVEMENT): Transformed numbers to text in Transaction ID columns when exporting to Excel to prevent Excel from automatically truncating digits. 
• ADMISSION ABSENTEES REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Made a change so that Admission Absentees report only show sold seats.
• CONVERT TO GIFT CARD (FIXED): Fixed a bug where convert to Gift Card and Cancel Order page does not display "Refund to Gift Card" if the order is paid by cash or check.
• TB EMAIL CAMPAIGN (FIXED): Fixed a problem where some fields are empty when exporting to Excel or PDF.
• SALES TOTAL DASHBOARD (FIXED): Fixed a bug when loading Sales Total Dashboard due to an error in the Percent Sold By Event report.
• SHEN YUN ZUO PIN AD (FIXED): Fixed a minor UI issue when the X button is not fully displayed on iPad Mini.
• TICKET STATUS PAGE (FIXED): Fixed a word casing issue for the word "No".
  
• ACCOUNTING WAIVED FEE CALCULATION (FIXED): Fixed a bug where refund of orders with fee waived affected past waived fee calculation in Settlement accounting report. 
• OUT OF SYNC ADMISSION MONITOR (FIXED): Fixed a bug where seats on Admission Monitor page becomes out of sync as tickets are sold.
• BARCODE EXPORT (NEW): Expose Barcode Export reports at Store and Event level.

• INVOICE FOR CANCELED ORDER (IMPROVEMENT): Invoice receipt is now available for canceled orders. 
• PELECARD RECEIPT (IMPROVEMENT): Support more receipt parameters and the options to toggle item details.
• ORDER SUMMARY UI (FIXED): Fixed right to left alignment issue on the mobile view order summary page.
• CART SUMMARY UI (FIXED): Fixed some right to left floating cart UI alignment issues on the Cart and Payment pages.
• VOUCHER UI (FIXED): Fixed right to left UI issue around Voucher redeem.

Japan
