Shen Yun Tickets version 7.40 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

    1. MOBILE ONE-PAGE CHECKOUT (NEW FEATURE): The mobile one-page checkout feature is now available for US/Canada events that offer credit card, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay as payment methods. This function offers a more streamlined experience during checkout for users on mobile devices. This feature can be enabled for a specific event. Contact support@shenyuntickets.com if you'd like to preview it before enabling it for your event.

    1. PAYPAL REST (NEW FEATURE): The PayPal REST payment processing option is now available. This newer integration is recommended by PayPal and may offer lower rates compared to the legacy PayPal integrations. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com.

    1. REMINDER SMS (NEW FEATURE): In addition to email reminders, you can now send SMS reminder notifications to customers a few days before the show and/or on the day of the show. Contact support@shenyuntickets.com if you'd like to activate this feature for your event. Note: SMS is currently only available for US/Canada. SMS messages will only be sent to numbers that are opted in for SMS notifications.

    1. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS SMS (NEW FEATURE): The 'Customer Notifications SMS' link has been added to the event homepage under the Setup section. You can now send SMS customer notifications for updates such as weather alerts, parking information, and more. Note: SMS is currently only available for US/Canada. SMS messages will only be sent to numbers that are opted in for SMS notifications.

    1. ADA WIDGET (IMPROVEMENT) The ADA Accessibility widget has been moved to the top navigation bar and menu, replacing its previous position at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

    1. STRIPE CREDIT CARD - 4 DIGITS (IMPROVEMENT): For Stripe credit card payments, the last four digits of the card are now displayed on the Manage Customers (Credit Card tab), Order Summary page, and Confirmation email. This allows customers to easily identify the card used for the transaction and helps agents verify the caller’s information.

    1. STRIPE CREDIT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): For Stripe credit card orders, we now include the billing address postal code as metadata and the billing email address as part of the billing details sent to Stripe. This information is now available in your Stripe merchant account dashboard. 

    1. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL/SMS (FIXED): The system will now send email/SMS shipping confirmations only for shipping-related delivery methods, excluding options like will-call pickup. Note: SMS is currently only available for US/Canada. SMS messages will only be sent to numbers that are opted in for SMS notifications.

    1. E-TICKET EMAIL SENDING (FIXED): The issue where E-Ticket emails were not being sent for orders with the E-Ticket delivery method has been resolved. For orders affected prior to the fix, the E-Ticket emails have been manually sent as a workaround.

    1. MOBILE E-TICKET BARCODE (FIXED): The E-Tickets barcode is no longer missing from the mobile E-Tickets email for orders with the E-Ticket delivery method.

    1. MOBILE E-TICKET BARCODE (FIXED): The mobile E-Ticket email can now display more than nine ticket barcodes.

    1. REMINDER (VIEW IN BROWSER) PAGE (FIXED): The event Reminder (view in browser mode) web page now displays the full content properly on mobile devices, eliminating the need for customers to scroll horizontally.

    1. DISCOUNT CODE (FIXED): The cart and order summary pages will no longer display the discount label for schedule-specific or price-specific discounts when they are not applicable.

    1. WAIVED FEES TAXED (FIXED): For events with tax, when an order includes a discount to waive fees, the waived fee amount will be excluded from the tax calculation.

    1. PRESALE DATE RANGE (FIXED): The 'Presale Date Range' setting on the Edit Event setup page now takes the event time zone into account.

  1. ACCOUNTING PAYMENT NOTIFICATION (FIXED): The payment notification email now accurately reflects the intended currency.

 

REPORTS

    1. EVENT SETTLEMENT REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): The Event Settlement report has been updated to present relevant information in a clearer, more streamlined view.

  1. SALES BY SEAT (FIXED): Selecting a schedule in the Sales by Seat report now correctly displays the expected data.

 

FOR JAPAN

    1. COLLECT ON DELIVERY (COD) - PAYMENT PAGE (FIXED): When customers choose a non-COD payment method, they will no longer see the Collect on Delivery (COD) delivery method.

  1. COLLECT ON DELIVERY (COD) - CHANGE (FIXED): For orders paid via Collect on Delivery (COD), customers already received their tickets but may have misplaced it. If they contact the Call Center to change the delivery method to Will-Call, agents are now able to assist with updating the delivery method on the Order Summary page.
