Shen Yun Tickets version 7.30 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.
- SECOND REMINDER EMAIL (NEW FEATURE): A new second Reminder Email is setup to send at 8:00 AM local time on the day of the event. It is identical to the first Reminder Email. It can be turned off at the site or event level. This is in response to a trend of feedback that some customers were arriving for their shows at the wrong time.
- RESET TICKET BARCODE (NEW FEATURE): "Reset Barcode" is a new event setting that is turned on for all events. Changing the delivery method type to 'Will Call' or 'E-Ticket' will automatically reset the ticket barcode so that the old tickets are no longer valid for entry. This feature can be turned off at the event level.
- SALES USER CHECKOUT PAGE - PHONE & EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Change Phone fields to required and add a "No phone number available" checkbox. Add a "No email" link to auto-populate a placeholder value when clicked. This is intended for phone sales where customer information is not provided.
- ORDER SUMMARY MESSAGE ON CONFIRMATION EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Display the "Order Summary Message" setting text on the Order Confirmation email in addition to Order Summary page.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Add 'Manage My Order Online' link to the Order Confirmation Email.
- MY ORDER - NEW FAQ TAB (IMPROVEMENT): Add a new FAQ tab to the My Order page to provide patrons with event information to minimize Customer Service Request (CSR) and hotline call volume.
- MY ORDER STATUS - EVENT SPECIFIC INFO (IMPROVEMENT): Add 'Important Info' tab to the My Order Status page with deep link to the event page.
- TICKET STATUS PERMISSION (IMPROVEMENT): User with "Ticket status read" permission can only view the Ticket Status seating chart and Ticket Status configuration.
- ORDER SHIPMENT TRACKING PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Add shipping message and a deep link to carrier tracking site on the Order shipment tracking page so that customers can easily see the status of their ticket shipment.
- SEATING CHART - SALES ONLY TICKET STATUS (IMPROVEMENT): Visual improvement for "Sales Only" ticket status with 'S' added to the hexagon shape on the Sales User seating chart page.
- POLICY PAGES (IMPROVEMENT): Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy pages now direct to the Shen Yun Tickets site.
- S&H FULL SERVICE - SCHEDULE DROPDOWN (FIXED): For Shipping & Handling SY Full Service, the schedule dropdown appears after the user selects the event on the "Not Shipped" tab.
- THEATER SOLD IMPORT VALIDATION (FIXED): Improve Theater Sold import validation process for Tessitura file format.
REPORTS
- ACCOUNT BALANCE STATEMENT REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Update the amount currency format to 'USD' on the Account Balance Statement Report.
FOR KOREA
- PHYSICAL TICKET TEMPLATE (IMPROVEMENT): Update Korea physical ticket template.
- TICKET EXCHANGE - CUSTOMER INFO (IMPROVEMENT): Auto populate the Korean specific fields (buyer name, phone, email) on the Ticket Exchange page.
- ORDER CANCELLATION SMS (FIXED): System now sends SMS after a Customer Service Request (CSR) order cancellation request completes.
- MY ORDER OPTIONS MESSAGE (FIXED): The "Cancellation is complete" message is now displayed on the My Order Options page.
FOR EUROPE
- COOKIE CONSENT BANNER (IMPROVEMENT): In addition to France ticketing site, the updated Cookie Consent banner with three button options on the seating chart page is now setup for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.
