Shen Yun Tickets version 8.10 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

1. ANTI-SCALPING (NEW FEATURE): After ten failed credit card payment attempts within one hour, the customer will receive an alert indicating that the system cannot process their order (reference code "MCCPFA"). This occurrence will also be logged in the Unsuccessful Purchase Tracking report. The error code and its description can be viewed in the grey bar by sales users.

1. CHECKOUT PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): 
   • The new LiveChat design on the checkout page now appears vertically along the middle of the right edge of the screen on desktop so as not to interfere with other links on the page. On mobile, a chat icon has been added to the top navigation bar, and a ‘Chat with us’ link is displayed below the ‘Place My Order’ button.
   • When a user clicks on the 'Place My Order' button without completing a required field, the page will now automatically jump to the missing or invalid field. This enhancement helps users easily identify and correct errors, making the checkout process more user-friendly.
   • For all U.S. events, the promotional email opt-in checkbox on the checkout page is now set to unchecked by default.

1. SEATING CHART PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): For events using all-in pricing, the seat and cart popovers on the seating chart now include a "Fee(s)" column.

1. SALES USER PAYMENT PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The grey bar on the sales user payment page has been updated to include the ‘Error Codes’ information section, making it easier for sales users to quickly identify and reference issues during checkout.

1. GIFT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): The subtotal shown on the seating chart cart popover is no longer deducting the gift card redeemed amount in the subtotal calculation. That breakdown is shown on the cart page.

1. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD (IMPROVEMENT): Improved the design for the Forgot Your Password page.
   

1. DELIVERY METHOD (FIXED): The mechanism that alerts admin users to time gaps between delivery method options on the checkout page is now functioning again.

1. CART PAGE (FIXED): The credit card payment button label is dynamically generated and displayed according to the available payment available options. If credit card is not the only payment option, the button now displays 'PAY WITH CREDIT CARD' instead of 'NEXT'.

1. DISCOUNT CODES (NEW FEATURE): The SYT Operations admin can now generate batch discount codes for multiple stores simultaneously.

REPORTS

1. ORDERS (IMPROVEMENT): A new 'Original Pmt Meth' column has been added to the 'Orders' and 'Orders (Taiwan format)' reports.

1. REPORT SCHEDULER (FIXED): The monthly scheduled reports is no longer being sent daily.

FOR SPAIN

1. INSURANCE (NEW FEATURE): The EmbedCover Spain insurance product integration is now available for Spain events.

FOR TAIWAN

1. USER GROUP (IMPROVEMENT): The Manage Related User Group section on the User Group page is now visible only on the Taiwan ticketing site (ticketstw) or to Tech Support Admin users.

FOR JAPAN

1. CHECKOUT PAGE (FIXED): After entering the shipping 'ZIP/Postal Code' field on the checkout page, the system now stays focused on the shipping section instead of moving to the 'Billing City' field. Additionally, the ‘Shipping address 1’ and ‘ZIP/Postal Code’ fields are now required for E-Ticket delivery method.
