WHAT'S DIFFERENT?
Home Pages
The names and organization of pages and reports have been changed to make them more clear and consistent. We've also added a little splash of color!
Selling Tickets
The pages used by salespersons to sell tickets have been completely redone, making the checkout process fast and efficient. The sell ticket pages are also much more iPad friendly.
Page Names, Look and Usability
Order List and all other pages are more organized and make better use of the screen. We've also added additional filtering capabilities. The pages are also much more iPad friendly.
Ticket Exchange
We now support unlimited exchanges on orders.
Ticket Status
The ticket status names have been changed to make them more clear and consistent. We've also added a "Not for Sale" status so that you may accurately show capacity vs. percent sold for your show.
Ticket Status Page
The ticket status page has been updated to be easier to use and navigate. You can also change seat status across multiple shows at once.
Secondary Tickets
During the consignment in process, users may easily select seats across different shows.
Reports
Report names have been changed and reorganized on the home page to make them more clear and consistent.
Dashboards
A new set of dashboards are available at both the store and event level to provide more insight into ticket sales, promotion channels, and digital advertisements.
WHAT'S NEW?
Gift Cards
Presenters have the option to sell gift cards that can be used to get Shen Yun tickets. This feature is only available to cities that have gone through the required process to setup gift cards in their stores.
Group Sales
Users with a new Group Sales security privilege may carve out groups of tickets to be managed and sold separately.
Manage Advertisements
Users may upload their offline advertisement costs and schedules, and then produce return on investment views to better understand the effectiveness of offline advertisement.
Baselines
Users may define and/or upload sales targets that can be used to measure against the current season's numbers and determine if ticket selling is on track.
Exit Survey
When using desktop computers, if customers begin to leave the ticketing site without buying a ticket, a beautiful popup is displayed to ask why they are leaving and encourage purchase tickets.
Return on Investment Reports
New reports provide insight into how cost effective both offline and online advertisements are for selling tickets.
Percent Sold for All Shows
A single view showing percent sold at each price-point across all the shows of your event.
