MOBILE DATA ENTRY (IMPROVEMENT): Improved data entry on small phones by auto-scrolling between fields.

EMAIL ADDRESS VALIDATION (IMPROVEMENT): A new mechanism validate the email address typed in by customers to alert them of possible typos.

PAYMENT INFO IN ORDER CONFIRM EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Added payment information to the order confirmation email (which matches the payment information displayed in the Order Summary page customers see immediately after making a purchase).

TYPE-AHEAD ADDRESS SUGGESTIONS (IMPROVEMENT): To make address data entry easier, a new mechanism will suggest to customers addresses to select from as soon as they start typing their address in the address fields.

KEEP CUSTOMER INFO (IMPROVEMENT): When sales people go back from the payment page to change/add tickets, upon returning to the payment page, any customer information (except credit card) that was previously entered will be kept.

GREY BAR CONTENT EDITOR IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): Added several improvements to the grey bar editor, so users may now control font family, font colors, background colors, etc.

EDIT PERMISSION CHANGE FOR GREY BAR CONTENT (CHANGE): Editing grey bar content is now restricted to call center users. For event managers that want updates done to their grey bars, please contact your call center to make those changes.

OPEN, CLICK, BOUNCE TRACKING (IMPROVEMENT): The system now tracks open, click and bounce rates for all customer notifications.
