Shen Yun Tickets version 7.28 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

  1. PAYPAL PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): PayPal payment can now be configured at event level.
  2. PAYPAL (IMPROVEMENT): The event name now shows on the transaction order details section of PayPal's site.
  3. APPLE PAY (BACK-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Partial refund to Apple Pay account is now available for exchange downgrade.
  4. APPLE PAY (IMPROVEMENT): Spinner is added to block user interaction on page during the loading of Apple Pay dialogue window.
  5. SEATING CHART SALES ONLY (BACK-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Visual improvement for "Sales Only" ticket status using hexagon shape on the back-end seating chart page.
  6. SEATING CHART (BACK-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Change special seat icon from square to circle.
  7. SEATING CHART (IMPROVEMENT): On the seating chart, when user clicks "Choose a Different Venue" from the date dropdown, it will redirect to the appropriate ticketing site based on the language chosen.
  8. SEATING CHART (FRONT-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Add venue region to seating chart page, payment page, and mobile review cart page. 
  9. PAYMENT PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): System will auto copy customer email to billing email address field for gift card purchases.
  10. PAYMENT PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Visual improvement to the Email text placement under Delivery section on Mac and iPad devices.
  11. PAYMENT PAGE (BACK-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Visual improvement to the Shopping Cart section of the Payment page for order with product(s). 
  12. PAYMENT PAGE (FRONT-END) (IMPROVEMENT): On the payment page, when recipient information is auto copied to the Billing section, it will now also auto copy email address.
  13. PAYMENT PAGE (FIXED): When the City value is auto filled after user enters a zip code, it no longer shows the required field red alert.
  14. ORDER SUMMARY PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Improve the Total summary section on the Order Summary page.
  15. ORDER SUMMARY PAGE (FIXED): Fixed the alignment issue on the Order Summary page when auditorium has "Door" or "Gate".
  16. ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Improve alignment when ticket information includes door or product.
  17. REMINDER EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Reminder email will display Shen Yun Zuo Pin ad image via configuration.
  18. CSR TICKET DELIVERY WORDING (IMPROVEMENT): Rename Request Type from 'Re-Mail Physical Tickets' to 'Ticket Delivery'.
  19. LANGUAGE ITEMS PAGE (BACK-END) (IMPROVEMENT): Add Scope, Region Scope, and Notes to the Language Item setting.
  20. EMPTY CART ERROR ON REFRESH (FIXED): Refreshing a screen when there is product in cart without any tickets triggered an error. System will now empty any product(s) from cart if the last ticket is removed and re-directs user to the seating chart page.
  21. MY ORDER - RETAIN INPUT (FIXED): Retain customer input after reCAPTCHA verification.
  22. MY ORDER - SEND EMAIL (FIXED): Clicking on the "Resend My Order Details" button on the My Order page will send the Order confirmation email.

FOR KOREA

  1. CREDIT CARD CANCELLATION (FIXED): Fixed Korea credit card cancellation error.
  2. SMS ARS (FIXED): Order confirmation SMS will be sent when it is paid via ARS.
  3. SMS VIRTUAL BANK (FIXED): Order confirmation SMS will be sent when it is paid via Virtual Bank.

FOR TAIWAN

  1. PAYMENT PAGE (FRONT-END) (FIXED): Add spinner icon to prevent order error when user double clicks the pay button on TSPG payment page.
