UPDATES TO TICKETINGBOX

On July 1st, we made a few updates to Ticketingbox, the most recent of which is version 7.12. This email contains a list of enhancements and that are now available.

• AFFILIATE MARKETING INTEGRATION (NEW FEATURE): Laying the groundwork and supporting affiliate marketing integration. Affiliates are able to promote Shen Yun and receive commission based on conversions that they are able to bring in. Two new Affiliate Marketing reports are now available for Shen Yun Admins to give insight on each order information as well as day by day data. You may contact the marketing team for more details on this program.
• POLAND P24 PAYMENT (NEW FEATURE ): Support Przelewy24 as a payment option in Poland.
• 3D SOFORT (IMPROVEMENT): Improve SOFORT payment method to become SOFORT Payment (Intent) Stripe.
• MULTIPLE PAYMENT ON EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Multiple payments are now able to be displayed on the order summary email.
• GIFT CARD REDEEM (IMPROVEMENT): Gift Card and Complimentary payment methods can not be used at the same time. Complimentary payment selection is now greyed out with an explanation when a gift card code is used during checkout.
• GIFT CARD CONVERT (IMPROVEMENT): Convert to Gift Card is now disabled for orders with Pending status. A pending status indicate the order is not paid or not finalized yet.
• CHECKOUT DISCOUNT CODE (IMPROVEMENT): Discount codes that are entered during checkout now persist when patrons remove all of their selected tickets on the cart page. Patrons do not have to reenter their discount codes after selects new seats. 
• COMP GIFT CARD REFUND (IMPROVEMENT): Disallow any monetary refund for an order paid with a complimentary gift card, displaying an explanation, messaging and logging regarding cancelation of these type of orders.
• EXCHANGE "MAKE IT EVEN" (FIXED): Fixed an issue where "Make it Even" does not return the correct adjustment amount when gift card is used in the current checkout.
• THEATER SOLD TICKETS IN SALES BY DATE REPORT (FIXED): Fixed an issue where theater sold tickets are not displaying in Sales by Date report.
• PROMOTION CHANNEL/CHECKOUT SURVEY (FIXED): Fixed a problem when sometimes checkout survey entry is not saved correctly. Improve logic around this area to handle slow network speed and server response.
• PERCENT CANCEL ORDER FEE (FIXED): Fixed an issue when applying a percentage cancel order fee during exchange/cancel where it is not properly reflected on accounting reports. 
• FRENCH CURRENCY DISPLAY (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the fee in Euro currency is displayed twice on the seating chart.
• ATM VIRTUAL NUMBER (FIXED): Fixed missing Taiwan ATM virtual number display on order summary with two payments.
