Ticketingbox version 7.21 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.
For Patrons
- EVENT PAGE SHOW TIME DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Improved show time display so that it is more visible.
- ADD TO CALENDAR (IMPROVEMENT): Improved wording when adding a Shen Yun event to calendar. Show time, order ID, and hotline are displayed for patron's convenience.
- BEST AVAILABLE (IMPROVEMENT): Improved message display for cases where there are no tickets matching the selected best available filter.
- SEATING CHART ZOOM (IMPROVEMENT): Improved pinch to zoom interaction on iPad so that it doesn't zoom too fast.
- EMPTY SEATING CHART (FIXED): Fixed a rare bug when the seating chart is empty and no seats are visible or clickable.
- EXPIRATION DROPDOWN (FIXED): Fixed an issue with the expiration date drop-down not displaying on Kindle Fire device.
- SHEN YUN ZUO PIN AD LABEL (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the wording Special In-Theater offer is partially obstructed.
For Salesperson
- REMOVE CART LOGIC (IMPROVEMENT): Seating chart remove cart items now works if the salesperson navigated back from the payment page.
- PENDING ORDER FILTER (IMPROVEMENT): Allow Pending orders to be searched on the Manage Orders page when selecting it from the Order Status dropdown.
- GIFT CARD STORE CONTEXT (IMPROVEMENT): Displayed Store and Event name when viewing Gift Card status page as a salesperson.
- HOLD TICKET (IMPROVEMENT): Automatically carry over recipient details to a new Ticket Hold when holding tickets from the payment page.
- TICKET STATUS VIEW HISTORY (IMPROVEMENT): Tickets that are added to cart from the Ticket Status page will not result in a confusing View History log with a "For Sale" previous and current status.
- CREDIT CARD REFUND MESSAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Changed incorrect grammar for failed credit card refund.
- ORDER SUMMARY EMAIL E-TICKET BUTTON (IMPROVEMENT): Rename the button to "Email Mobile Ticket" to make it obvious that the Mobile Ticket email will be sent.
- COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CARD (FIXED): Fixed a bug where patron information that are entered during a complimentary Gift Card checkout are carried over to the next ticket checkout.
For Call Center
- SERVICE CENTER MANAGE CUSTOMER (IMPROVEMENT): Hide Manage Customer link at the Service Center level.
- FULL SERVICE SHIPPING AND HANDLING (IMPROVEMENT): Various enhancements and fixes in the Full Service Shipping and Handling area.
- SERVICE CENTER EVENT FILTER (FIXED): Fixed an issue when event search filters are not cleared when switching to store tab.
- SERVICE CENTER HOMEPAGE (FIXED): Fixed an error on service center homepage when the user visited an invalid event link.
For Report Viewers
- ADMISSION SUMMARY REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Rename $0 column to $0 / Comp to indicate that admissions under that column includes complimentary tickets.
- ADMISSION DETAILS REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Improved this report so that invalid barcodes and order ID searches return an empty row. Valid but unadmitted admission are now displayed. Made another change so that schedule selection is optional when searching for order ID, seat name or barcode.
- TRACKING LINK CAMPAIGN BY ORDERS (IMPROVEMENT): Added total line to tracking link campaign by orders report in order to display the total number of tickets and ticket amount.
- BARCODE EXPORT REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Limit results to only barcodes of sold tickets in order to eliminate the possibility of forging fake tickets using barcodes of unsold tickets.
- CANCEL ORDER FEE (FIXED): Fixed a calculation bug in some reports when cancel order fee exceeds $100,000.
Israel
- ORDER REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Now returns the Pelecard UID instead of Transaction ID.
- CART SUMMARY UI (FIXED): Fixed some right to left floating cart UI alignment issues on the Cart and Payment pages when Gift Card is applied.
Taiwan
- CREDIT CARD DIGITS (IMPROVEMENT): Hide credit card last 4 digits for TSPG Bank Taiwan.
- TAISHIN ATM VIRTUAL NUMBER ORDER MAP (FIXED): Fixed a bug where Event column is always empty.
