Shen Yun Tickets version 7.35 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

  1. SMS NOTIFICATIONS (NEW FEATURE): Patrons purchasing tickets on tickets.shenyun.com (US site) can now opt to receive SMS notifications. The available messages include Order Confirmation, Cancellation Confirmation, E-Ticket, Shipping Confirmation, and Gift Card Confirmation. Some of these notifications may contain a short URL. SMS opt-in is not available for mobile payment methods. This feature is currently available exclusively for events in the United States this season and will be expanded worldwide next year. Initially, it will be rolled out in select US cities, with plans to extend it to all US cities in the coming weeks.
  2. SMS - VIEW SMS (NEW FEATURE): Sales users can view SMS notifications in the Order History section of the Order Summary page. The ‘View SMS’ feature offers users additional details to improve their ability to assist customers effectively.
  3. SMS - RESEND (NEW FEATURE): Sales users can now choose to resend notifications via SMS in addition to email. The button 'Email Confirmation' has been renamed to 'Resend Confirmation' and 'Email Mobile Ticket' has been renamed to 'Resend Mobile Ticket' on the Order Summary page.
  4. SMS - PHONE OPT-IN (NEW FEATURE): If a patron subscribes to SMS notification, the label '(SMS Opt-in)' will be displayed next to the Recipient phone number on the Order Summary page.
  5. GOOGLE PAY VIA STRIPE (NEW FEATURE): If you have Stripe payment gateway, you can now add Google Pay payment method for your event by contacting support@shenyuntickets.com.
  6. CLOSED CSR (IMPROVEMENT): Sales users and Admins now have access to both Pending and Closed Customer Service Requests (CSR). In the Daily Management section, the 'Pending Requests' link has been renamed to 'Pending/Closed Requests.’  Starting this release, historical data for Closed CSR will be stored and searchable on this page.
  7. USER SETUP - LANGUAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The 'Language' preference selected from the top navigation bar is saved to the user's profile upon login. Additionally, any changes to this language setting are preserved throughout the user's session. This 'Language' setting is now available on the User profile page at the store level.
  8. EVENT SETTING - HOTLINE (IMPROVEMENT): Help texts have been added to the 'Display Local Hotline' and 'Local Hotline Numbers' event settings for clarity.
  9. APPLE PAY - ORDER SUMMARY (FIXED): The Apple Pay button is now correctly visible on the review cart page. Once a patron completes a payment with Apple Pay, they will be redirected to the Order Summary page instead of being taken back to the seating chart page.
  10. DISPLAY FULL PURCHASE PRICE (FIXED)Optimized the seating chart page loading time for events with the ‘Display Full Purchase Price’ setting enabled.
  11. SALES USER - SYSTEM MESSAGE (FIXED): Restored the background color for system messages to light grey and blue text.

 

UI DESIGN

  1. NEW UI DESIGN (IMPROVEMENT)To ensure our website meets UI web accessibility standards and provides a seamless experience for users with various impairments, we've enhanced the color schemes, icons, and typography. The new UI design will be launched in the coming weeks. 

FOR JAPAN

  1. CONVENIENCE STORE PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Standardized the billing form for Konbini convenience store payment method. Users can now easily copy the recipient data into the billing form by clicking the 'Copy from Recipient' button.

 

FOR UK

  1. E-TICKET SECTION (IMPROVEMENT): Refined the E-Ticket layout to ensure the Section text no longer overlaps with the Row text.
