CALL CENTER

  • MANAGE NOTICES IMPROVEMENTS (NEW FEATURE): Call center staff who have access to Manage Notices now have a new tab to help manage call center notices vs. presenter notices as well as facilitate the workflow for copying presenter notices.

EVENT MANAGERS

  • CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION ENHANCEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): Users can now filter by gift cards as well as view any bounced emails from past customer notifications.
  • GIFT CARD LABELING (IMPROVEMENT): Users may now label 'gift cards' to whatever they want, such as 'credit' or 'gift certificate.'
  • GIFT CARD EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Users may create custom gift card emails (via customer notifications) and send those to customers instead of the default gift card email. This is most applicable for when you batch convert orders to gift cards.
  • CAMPAIGN IMPRESSIONS / RATES (IMPROVEMENT): Campaigns now have an impression attribute that is used to calculate click thru rate and conversion rate.
  • CUSTOMER RECEIPTS (NEW FEATURE): Users may define custom receipts for an event, and then customers can download the receipt for their order. Additionally, there are fields to help support VAT and similar requirements when required for customer receipts.

SALESPEOPLE

  • EDIT CUSTOMER ADDRESS IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): Editing customer addresses have been streamlined to ensure the official Customer record's email/phone is kept in sync with the billing email/phone. Additionally, there are quick ways to copy info between recipient shipping address fields and billing address fields.

CUSTOMERS

  • SELECT SEATS BY LEVEL (NEW FEATURE): There is an entirely new type of seating chart for selecting seats now available in Ticketingbox that will reduce confusion, help customers avoid panning/zooming, and is much for friendly, especially on mobile. NOTE: this new method is not activated yet for any event. In the coming months, we will work with presenters to roll out this new method. Watch Video
  • RETARGET EMAILS (IMPROVEMENT): Ticketingbox automatically retargets customers who visit the site, leave their email address, but do not purchase. Watch Video
  • NEW PAYMENT METHODS (NEW FEATURE): Ticketingbox now supports the following new payment methods: Bancontact, BECS, and FPX.
