Ticketingbox version 7.24 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

• CHECKOUT AUTO COPY SHIPPING TO BILLING (NEW FEATURE): Further streamlined patron checkout for optional shipping fields over the changes from last release.  Now, as patrons are typing in their shipping info, it will be automatically copied over to the billing section while still giving them an option to enter different values if desired.
• CHECKOUT EMAIL FIELD SIMPLIFICATION (NEW FEATURE): Simplified email fields during patron checkout by showing only a single email field at the top of the checkout page instead of asking for email multiple times in shipping and billing sections.
• ADDRESS DISPLAY FOR ORDERS (IMPROVEMENT): Implemented consistent display of delivery and billing address on order summary and manage order pages so that address information is displayed regardless of delivery or payment types.
• ICON DISPLAY ON TICKET STATUS PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Special seat icons (O for obstructed, C for companion and wheelchair icon for wheelchair etc.) are able to be displayed in the foreground while the ticket status colors will be displayed in the background. For example: Green means "For Sale" status. A wheelchair seat that is "For Sale" will be display with a white wheelchair icon and a green background.
• TICKET STATUS PAGE ADD TO CART ALERT (IMPROVEMENT): Show a validation message "Please select one or more tickets" if no ticket is selected.
• SPECIAL SEAT DESIGNATION ON TICKET (IMPROVEMENT): Added special seat designation (Companion, wheelchair etc.) to mobile tickets.
• SEASON IMAGE (IMPROVEMENT): Improved season image management to allow images in emails to be customized.
• STRIPE "LINK" ICON (IMPROVEMENT): Removed "Link" icon in Stripe credit card form in sales checkout because this functionality is geared towards patron logging in to their own link.com account.
• DOWNLOAD INVOICE RENAME (IMPROVEMENT): Renamed "Download Receipt" to "Download Invoice" across the system to distinguish receipts versus invoices.
• CAPTCHA ON MYORDER SEARCH (IMPROVEMENT): Improved /myorder security against bots by forcing users to complete a Captcha. Error handling and display are also revamped so that error messages do not remain on the screen. 
• DOMAIN LINE ON REMINDER EMAIL (IMPROVEMENT): Hide domain at the bottom of the reminder email.
• JAPAN PHYSICAL TICKET (IMPROVEMENT): Minor adjustment to the ticket stub position.
• PHONE NUMBER IN BATCH ORDER RECEIPT (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the phone number of an order is sometimes displayed incorrectly in the batch order receipt list.
• PRICE ON SEAT CHART LEGEND (FIXED): Fixed a text wrapping issue for long prices in the legend area.
• GIFT CARD REPORT (FIXED): Fixed a bug when exporting Gift Card report and having all events selected, the Excel/PDF output does not match the gift card data displayed.
• SHIPPED TIME ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the user's time zone is incorrectly used to display the shipped time, now the event time zone of the order will be used.
• PAYMENT METHOD ON INVOICE PAGE (FIXED): Fixed an issue where Credit Card payment method does not display in Invoice page.
• SERVICE CENTER HOMEPAGE (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the "Show All" button is missing for the Setup tab.
• SERVICE CENTER SHIPPING AND HANDLING DROPDOWN (FIXED): Fixed a bug where event, delivery type, and delivery method drop downs are empty. 
• CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION CANCEL BUTTON (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the cancel button link for event level customer notification takes the user to the store listing page instead of the event listing page.
• JAPAN SITE FAVICON (FIXED): Fixed Shen Yun favicon not showing for Japan site.
