Ticketingbox version 7.17 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

• RETARGET EMAILS (IMPROVEMENT): Retarget emails sent from Ticketingbox are now able to exclude patrons who have purchased orders.  
• TICKET STATUS HISTORY SEARCH (IMPROVEMENT): Implemented the ability to search for ticket status changes by the user's name.
• STORE HOMEPAGE EVENT DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Events without venue address configured can still be displayed on the Store homepage.
• SALES CHECKOUT TOP BANNER BAR (IMPROVEMENT): Improve checkout top banner bar by sanitizing invalid accountant email or ticket manager email.
• SEATING CHART PERFORMANCE (IMPROVEMENT): Improve performance on seating chart page by optimizing database queries. 
• PAST SEASON GIFT CARD ORDERS (IMPROVEMENT): Hyperlinks to orders from past seasons are not clickable. Gift card redeem dates are also now visible. 
• CASE SENSITIVE LANGUAGE ITEMS (IMPROVEMENT): Language items now support case sensitive entry, allowing for more flexibility and control on translation. 
• TICKET CERTIFICATION REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Better handling of box sections where row labels are optional.
• CHECKOUT EXIT SURVEY (IMPROVEMENT): Added in a X on the exit survey dialog so that patrons can close it if needed.
• PLACE ORDER ERROR (FIXED): Fixed an error when placing an order using PayPal Express and selecting a State that contains quotes. 
• PRESALE CODE ENTRY (FIXED): Fixed a bug after typing the presale code manually, if the patron switched to best available, the presale sale code was still prompted.
  
• CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION (FIXED): Fixed a bug where store level Customer Notification emails were sent to patrons multiple times. 
• PAST SEASON EVENT PAGE (FIXED): Fixed an exception when loading a 2022 Shen Yun event homepage.
• SETTLEMENT WAIVE FEE SECTION (NEW FEATURE): Implemented a new section on the settlement report to display the amount of waived ticketing fees.
• SCANNER MESSAGE FOR EACH TICKET (NEW FEATURE): Implemented a way to configure and display a custom message on the scanner for any ticket in an order. 

Israel

• PELECARD INVOICE (IMPROVEMENT): Allow users to download their Pelecard invoice by displaying the link on the order confirmation email and order summary pages.
• ZIP / POSTAL CODE DURING CHECKOUT (IMPROVEMENT): Made ZIP Code / Postal Code an optional field during place order.
• CHECKOUT UI (IMPROVEMENT): General UI improvements geared towards Pelecard checkout.
• EMPTY ERROR MESSAGE (FIXED): Fixed an empty message issue when place order failed.

Korea

• PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATION (NEW FEATURE): Integrated KG Inicis as a credit card gateway service. 
• KAKAO TALK INTEGRATION (NEW FEATURE): Integrated Kaokao Talk to send notifications to patrons.
  
• VBANK CANCELATION (FIXED): Fixed a cancelation error due to missing customer checkout data.
