FOR MARKETING AND REPORTING
- A new Advertisement Timeline allows you to visualize your entire marketing plan (advertisements) defined in Ticketingbox. To watch a brief video demonstrating the Advertisement Timeline, click here.
- In Sales by Date report at the event level, column headers used "$" symbols to represent the price of tickets. This has been fixed to display the actual ticket prices in the column headers.
- When users click their Post Show Survey email to fill out the survey, the system will capture their email and associate their survey responses to the customer who placed the ticket order.
FOR SALESPEOPLE
- When a shipping address is not recognized as valid by the system, the popup message flickers several times. This has been fixed.
- In some cases, the "Manager Orders" page was not displayed correcting for Service Center account users. This has been fixed.
- For cancelled orders, when fees are not waived, the canceled order summary did not include details about the fees. These fee details are now included.
FOR TICKET MANAGERS
- Added the ability to control the number of rows displayed in Shipping & Handling.
- In some cases, when doing a partial refund through Exchange, the system would erroneously report being "busy." This has been fixed.
- Customer notifications allows you to send emails to patrons that purchased tickets. With this release, these notifications can be scheduled to go out at a specific date/time or relative to the date of the show.
- Added Order and Customer information to Special Seat Manifest report.
- The rules that prevent scalper activity (i.e. many orders from the same email, credit card, etc.) are now more strict.
- Paging search results in the Ticket Status History page did not always respect the search criteria. This has been fixed.
