Shen Yun Tickets version 8.08 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

    1. PREMIUM PACKAGE (NEW FEATURE): A new 'Premium Package' feature allows you to bundle premium seating, a parking pass, dinner, and other exclusive offerings into a single purchase. To learn more or enable this feature, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com.

    1. SEATING CHART - PRICE LEGEND (IMPROVEMENT): A new setting is available to hide decimals in the price legend on the seating chart page. This option is disabled by default except for cities in the USA using all-in pricing. If you would like to hide the decimals, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com.

    1. ORDER SUMMARY (IMPROVEMENT): 

      Product descriptions are now displayed on the Order Summary page when viewed as a customer. 

      Clicking 'View Email' for Reminder or Customer Notification emails on the Order Summary page now displays the full email content for easy reference.

      The country code is now displayed on the Order Summary page, Change Recipient Shipping Information page, and Change Customer Billing Information page.

    1. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION (IMPROVEMENT): Variable insertion is now supported in the subject field of Customer Notifications (CN), using the same set of variables available in the message body. This allows automatically customized subject lines when sending notifications to patrons. 

    1. STRIPE POSTAL CODE (IMPROVEMENT): For cities using the Stripe merchant service, the credit card form on the checkout page has been simplified to hide the Postal Code input field.  The system will use the value from the 'Billing ZIP/Postal Code’ field when submitting the payment to Stripe.

    1. MOBILE ONE-PAGE - FEES (IMPROVEMENT): Fees waived by discount codes (e.g., order processing, ticketing, facility fees) now appear as $0 in the Fees & Taxes breakdown for clarity.

    1. CHECKOUT PAGE - VALIDATION (IMPROVEMENT): The Error Message popup has been removed from the checkout page, as validation errors already appear directly within the relevant form fields.

    1. PDF E-TICKET (IMPROVEMENT): The PDF E-Ticket now displays the Auditorium Gate Label value as expected.

    1. SALES USER - ALERT (FIXED): When a sales user updates an order in a way that changes the total amount (e.g., removing or adding tickets), the system will no longer display an error alert that prevents the user from placing the order.   

    1. ANTI-SCALPING (FIXED): Fixed an issue where a Scalper Email/Domain Blacklist (SEDB) warning popup incorrectly appeared for sales users when processing orders with customer email addresses that are not blacklisted.

    1. DELIVERY METHOD (FIXED): Admin users can now save a delivery method without encountering the 'Please enter a valid hour' error.

    1. GIFT CARD ORDERS - STRIPE (FIXED): Fixed issue causing infinite loading when placing gift card orders with Stripe-supported credit cards.

  1. CART PAGE (FIXED): Resolved an issue where, after the first showtime had passed, customers encountered an error message when clicking the ‘Add More Seats’ button on the cart page.

 

REPORTS

    1. DIGITAL CAMPAIGN CATEGORY (FIXED): The data for campaign categories 'Youtube And Video' and 'YouTube/Video' has been merged into the 'YouTube/Video' category.

  1. REPORT SCHEDULER (FIXED): Email attachments of CSV format auto sent by the Report Scheduler now displays data correctly, consistent with manual report export/download.

 

FOR TAIWAN

    1. SEAT MANAGE MESSAGES (FIXED): The seat message now displays on the Seat Messages > Manage Messages popup form.

  1. E-TICKET SEAT MESSAGE (FIXED): Fixed overlapping seat message text issue on the E-Ticket for Taiwan.
