Shen Yun Tickets version 7.38 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

1. WEB ACCESSIBILITY WIDGET (NEW FEATURE): For ADA compliance (Americans with Disability https://www.ada.gov/resources/web-guidance) and WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22) conformance purposes, we've added the web accessibility  widget to the following ticketing sites: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
   
   By simply toggling buttons on and off in the menus, users with impairments can navigate the website in a friendly and accessible manner, tailored to each specific disability type, from dyslexia to motor and audio impairments. 
   
   These are mandatory legal requirements for their respective countries. If you have any concerns about how the widgets appear on your event sites, please contact us.

1. LIVECHAT WIDGET (IMPROVEMENT): The new web accessibility widget has been placed in the bottom left corner of the web pages, while the LiveChat widget has been relocated to the bottom right corner for most cities using LiveChat. Please reach out to us if you have any feedback or concerns with the placement of the Live Chat widget.

1. ADA KEYBOARD (IMPROVEMENT): Enhancements were made to ensure that keyboard users can tab through every interactive element (buttons, links, form fields, etc.) on each page using their keyboard. In addition, images and videos now have Alt Text (alternative text/description/tag) to ensure that our images are accessible to those with visual impairments or other accessibility needs. 

1. TICKET EXCHANGE - GIFT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): We’ve introduced a new ‘Gift Card’ refund option for ticketing staff in the Ticket Exchange process for events with gift card enabled. When this option is selected, the sales user can check the 'Don't send GC email/SMS to customer’ box. After placing an order, the system will generate a new gift card and includes a comment in the Order History, linking it to the associated order. The ‘Gift Card’ refund option streamlines the exchange process when an order needs to be divided into multiple orders.

1. PAYPAL PAYMENT PRO (IMPROVEMENT): The system now passes the event name to PayPal Payment Pro, allowing presenters with multiple events to differentiate transactions by referencing the 'Item name' in the order details of the merchant account.

1. SIGN IN & CREATE AN ACCOUNT (IMPROVEMENT): The Sign In and Create an Account pages have redesigned for a fresh new look and improved user experience.

1. SMS - E-TICKET (FIXED): The system will now only send SMS E-Ticket notification to orders with E-Ticket delivery method.

1. SMS - UPDATED PHONE (FIXED): After a sales user updates the SMS subscribed Recipient or Billing phone number, the system will now send SMS notifications to the new number instead of the original one.

1. SMS - RESEND (FIXED): Submitting the 'Resend Order Confirmation' pop-up without an SMS phone number will no longer result in an SMS being sent.

1. GIFT CARD STATUS PAGE (FIXED): The Gift Card Activity section has been added to the bottom of the Gift Card Status page.

1. APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY VIA STRIPE (FIXED): Apple Pay and Google Pay payment pop-ups now display the default selected delivery, prioritizing the Default setting followed by the Display Order setting from the Delivery Method configuration.

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION (FIXED): For orders with the free ticket discount, the Subtotal is now accurately displayed on the Order Confirmation.

1. PRINT CONFIRMATION (FIXED): The print version of the Confirmation page will no longer be partially cut off for orders that do not have a billing phone number or email address.

REPORTS

1. REPORT PAPER SIZE (IMPROVEMENT): The 'Paper Size' site setting will now apply to report PDFs, with Letter size (8.5 by 11 inches; 215.9 x 279.4 mm) for tickets.shenyun.com, ticketsmx.shenyun.com, and ticketsca-fr.shenyun.com and A4 paper size (8.27 by 11.7 inches; 210 x 297 mm) for all other sites.

FOR JAPAN

1. APPLE PAY - NO DECIMAL (FIXED): Countries without decimal currency will no longer display 100 times the total amount in the Apple Pay and Google Pay payment method pop-up.

FOR NETHERLANDS/POLAND

1. STRIPE - IDEAL, PRZELEWY24 (FIXED): The Stripe issue for iDEAL and Przelewy24 payment methods has been resolved, ensuring that an order will not be created for a failed Stripe charge. Additionally, orders created with successful payments will no longer be automatically refunded.

FOR SPAIN

1. MEETCH INSURANCE (FIXED): The Meetch insurance subscription is now successfully created immediately after the customer places their order.

FOR TAIWAN

1. TAISHIN ATM PAYMENT METHOD (IMPROVEMENT): The Virtual Number's algorithm has been updated for the ATM payment method.
