Shen Yun Tickets version 7.37 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

  1. E-TICKET PAPER SIZE (IMPROVEMENT): A new 'Paper Size' site setting has been implemented, allowing the E-Ticket print version to be Letter size (8.5 by 11 inches; 215.9 x 279.4 mm) for tickets.shenyun.com, ticketsmx.shenyun.com, and ticketsca-fr.shenyun.com; while all other sites will use A4 paper size (8.27 by 11.7 inches; 210 x 297 mm).
  2. DELIVERY METHOD SETTING (IMPROVEMENT): If there’s a time gap between delivery methods, the system will now display a red alert on the Delivery Methods list page. Additionally, if the 'Stop at' setting exceeds 2 days after the curtain time, a confirmation window will appear when the user attempts to save. This enhancement reduces the likelihood of gaps in delivery methods, ensuring that customers always have options to choose from on the Checkout page.
  3. FREE TICKET COUPON TYPE (IMPROVEMENT): A new 'Free Ticket’ coupon type is now available for creating discount codes at both the store and event levels. This feature allows you to offer a free ticket based on the minimum number of tickets purchased. For assistance, please contact support@shenyuntickets.com.
  4. SMS - RESEND (IMPROVEMENT): When the sales user opens the 'Resend Mobile Ticket' or 'Resend Order Confirmation' pop-ups, the SMS Phone Number will be grayed out if the number is not subscribed to SMS, along with a help text stating that no SMS will be sent.
  5. SMS - CHANGE CUSTOMER INFO (IMPROVEMENT): When a sales user checks or unchecks the SMS Opt-In checkbox in the 'Change Recipient Shipping Information' or 'Change Customer Billing Information' windows and clicks Save, a pop-up will appear notifying the user that a confirmation message regarding SMS opt-in/opt-out will be sent to the customer.
  6. PAYPAL - SHIPPING INFO (IMPROVEMENT): Customer shipping information is now automatically populated on the Checkout page after the customer closes the PayPal payment window, eliminating the need for manual entry.
  7. CART PAGE - PAYMENT METHOD DISPLAY ORDER (IMPROVEMENT): The PayPal Express payment method will now appear on the Cart page according to the configured display order.
  8. SEND SEATS & EXIT INTENT (IMPROVEMENT): Enhanced the UI design for both the Send Seats page and the Exit Intent pop-up for a more visually appealing user experience.
  9. ADMISSION DETAILS (IMPROVEMENT): The search feature on the Admission Details report page now supports comma-separated values in the 'Order #' and 'Barcode (full)' fields.
  10. EMAIL QUEUE (IMPROVEMENT): When multiple email addresses are included in the 'To' line (e.g., Send Seats pop-up), the system will send a separate email to each recipient. Additionally, the Email/SMS Queue display list now shows all email addresses instead of just the first one.
  11. INVOICE (IMPROVEMENT): Renamed ‘Receipt’ to ‘Invoice’ throughout the system for improved consistency.
  12. EVENT PAYMENTS PAGE (FIXED): The Event Payments page now shows the appropriate currency symbol next to the Amount field.
  13. SMS - E-TICKET (FIXED): SMS notifications for E-Ticket will be sent only if the order is placed with the E-Ticket delivery method.
  14. MOBILE E-TICKET EMAIL (FIXED): In the Mobile E-Ticket email, phone numbers are now displayed on separate lines. The phone dialer will call the specific number clicked by the user, rather than only dialing the first number.
  15. MOBILE E-TICKET EMAIL - COMP (FIXED): The patron view of the Mobile E-Ticket email now accurately reflects the Single Ticket Price as 'COMP' for complimentary ticket instead of the original ticket price.
  16. ORDER SUMMARY - FEES (FIXED): If the discount code waives all 3 fees (facility, ticketing, order processing), the Order Summary page will now display 'Facility Fee = $0' and 'Order Processing Fee = $0' instead of hiding these amounts.
  17. GIFT CARD PURCHASE PAGE (FIXED): The first name, last name, and email entered on the ‘From’ section of the Personalize Your Gift Card page are now correctly auto-filled on the Checkout page.
  18. GIFT CARD REDEEM PAGE (FIXED): Schedules with 'Hidden' status no longer displays on the Gift Card Redeem page.
  19. GIFT CARD - PAYMENT (FIXED): Billing data is now retained after the sales user applies a gift card to the order.
  20. EVENT SCHEDULE LIST (FIXED): Fixed the Event Schedule listing so that Shen Yun Call Center users can view the new Customer sub-status and the SYT Call Center status.
  21. LOGIN (FIXED): Resolved the display issue encountered when a user logs into a parent account.
  22. SEATING CHART (FIXED): The seating chart page is no longer showing blank on iPad-8G device. 

 

FOR FRANCE

  1. BUYBOX GIFT CARD (NEW FEATURE): The BuyBox Gift Card payment method has been implemented for the France events.
  2. INSURANCE (FIXED): Resolved the issue of the order processing fee disappearing after an insurance product is added.
  3. INSURANCE AMOUNT (FIXED): The insurance amount rounding issue has been fixed.

 

FOR SPAIN

  1. MEETCH INSURANCE (NEW FEATURE): The Meetch insurance product has been added for the Spain events.
