UPDATES TO TICKETINGBOX

On August 11th, we made a few updates to Ticketingbox, the most recent of which is version 7.13. This email contains a list of enhancements and that are now available.

• FULL TICKET PURCHASE DISPLAY DURING SEAT SELECTION (NEW FEATURE): Introduce a setting to display full ticket purchase price during seat selection. In this mode, fees such as ticketing fee, facility and taxes will be calculated and summed up with each ticket price at the very start of ticket purchase. (Note, this setting will be applied only for New York events by default, due to their recent legal requirements, and does not affect other regions currently.)
• ISRAEL PELECARD PAYMENT (NEW FEATURE): Support Pelecard as a payment option for Israel, with an option for patrons to fill in their owner ID during purchase.
• 2023 SHENYUN BRANDING (IMPROVEMENT): Update menu headers, mobile e-ticket, reminder email and post show survey branding to SY 2023. 
• RIGHT TO LEFT LANGUAGE SUPPORT (IMPROVEMENT): Support right to left language on browsers and email templates.   
• PLACE ORDER (FIXED): Fixed an issue when checkout page hangs if Place Order button is clicked without any input.
