6.15 Release (Aug. 2019)
FOR ALL USERS
- SELLING PARKING/PRODUCTS: as presenters, you may now configure the system to sell one or more products during the ticketing/checkout process. For example, you may offer customers to buy parking at the venue's preferred parking lot. If you would like to do this for your event, please contact Ticketingbox support.
- EXIT SURVEY LANGUAGE SUPPORT: the survey that pops up when users are leaving the ticketing site now supports Asian languages, such as Chinese, Japanese, etc.
FOR SALESPEOPLE
- CALL CENTER HOME PAGE: In addition to the view of stores, users may now see a listing of all events and search for specific events, all from the home page. Additionally, the most recent events you have worked with will be kept near the top of the page for easy access.
- ENHANCEMENTS TO GREY BAR BUTTONS ALONG THE TOP OF PAGE: a new "Special Handling" button was added to capture any processes/issues that are specific to the event and that all salespeople need to be aware of. Additionally, "Special Seating" is renamed to "Accessible Services" and "Theater Ticketing" is renamed to "Other Sellers" to be more clear about the purpose of this content. Lastly, the Email button is now more user friendly.
- ALL ORDERS FOR SINGLE SCHEDULE ONLY: Ticketingbox no longer supports orders with tickets from multiple schedules (shows). If you wish to buy tickets for multiple schedules, you will need to place different orders. This resolves a series of reporting and accounting problems that arose from multi-schedule orders.
- SEARCH LAST 4 DIGITS OF CREDIT CARD: In the Manage Orders page, users may not use an advanced filter to look for orders by the last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- ORDER AND PAYMENT STATUS: The Order Status of "Charged" is renamed to "Completed." Additionally, Payment Status values displayed in the system are "Pending" and "Paid" (when confirmed in Confirm Payments page).
- CONFIRM PAYMENT PAGE: This page allows users to search by Order #, Order Date, Customer Name, and Shipped by User. Additionally, a "Received By" column was added to display the user who clicked the Mark Received button.
- USERS PAGE: a "Two-factor Enabled" column was added to display the user's usage of two-factor authentication.
- EDIT SEAT MESSAGE: Within the Seat Messages page, users may edit existing seat messages after they are created.
FOR MARKETING AND REPORTING
- AVERAGE TICKET PRICE: A "Avg. Ticket Price" column was added to Promotion Channel reports so that users may see which price tier of tickets each channel is driving.
- ORDER INFO WITH POST-SHOW SURVEY ANSWERS: Added several columns to the Survey Answer report to show, for each survey response by a customer, what specific order was placed by that customer, including the order date, order value and price of tickets purchased.
- PROMOTION CHANNEL PRECISION FIX: In the Promotion Channel by Date report, rounding values was causing some totals to not be accurate. This has been fixed as this report now shows the correct decimal values.
