WHAT'S NEW?

FOR ALL USERS

• The format for e-ticket emails has been changed to make them easier to access and easier to understand. Here is a brief video to explain the details of this change: click here
• Display Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra tab in the homepage.
• Delivery method Pick Up is enabled until 3 hours after a show (schedule) ends to ensure there is at least one available delivery method to place an order.
• Improve seating chart legend so that clicking on the special seats icons will filter for special seats

FOR CUSTOMERS

• Improve delivery message display to make it more readable. 
• Improve anti-scalper message display.
• Improve anti-scalper system so that it correctly stops scalpers.
• Fix an incorrect phone number for Germany site. 

FOR MARKETING AND REPORTING

• Display Sales by Salesperson report for Call Center managers.
• Fix an issue with customer’s opt-in marketing selection not correctly saved. 
• Fix a display issue when exporting a report containing double quotes in CSV format.

FOR SALESPEOPLE

• Introduce a special exchange banner during checkout to indicate Credit from previous order, customer name and a link to terminate the exchange process.
• Improve exchange checkout to use the regular customer-facing seating chart.
• During exchange, information entered on the payment page are not cleared anymore when applying a discount code, performing an order adjustment and removing a single ticket from the cart.
• During exchange, customer’s previous shipping and billing addresses are always displayed and intelligently selected.
• Improve order adjustment “Make it Even” to perform the calculation right away.
• Improve Hold Ticket list to show the exact date/time instead of x days ago
• Fix an issue with order adjustment amount not displayed correctly while applying a discount code during exchange.
