On October 30th, we made a few updates to Ticketingbox, now version 7.16. This email contains a list of enhancements and that are now included.

• PAYPAL CHECKOUT BUTTON (IMPROVEMENT): For consistency, PayPal Checkout button is now the same size as the other payment types. 
• EMAIL VALIDATION  (IMPROVEMENT): Improved email validation when sending cancelation confirmation email and resending E-Tickets.
• NEW ORDER REQUEST TYPES (IMPROVEMENT): Added "Out-of-Store Exchange", "Change to Will Call" and update wording to "Voucher/Gift Card Issue" to better capture cases that were encountered. 
• PLACE ORDER ERROR (FIXED): Fixed an error display during place order when a patron attempts to purchase using an address in a country without the need to enter a state. 
• DOUBLE DISPLAY OF TICKETS ON ORDER SUMMARY (FIXED): Fixed a rare bug where the same ticket is displayed twice on order summaries.
• CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION (FIXED): Fixed a number of errors and improve customer notifications usage. 
• THEATER SOLD TICKETS IN REPORT (FIXED): Fixed "Ticket Status by Schedule, Price" Report so that theater sold tickets that are updated by price are correctly displayed.
• CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION PERMISSION (FIXED): Fixed a configuration issue where a user with minimum permission is able to have access to modify customer notifications.
• HOMEPAGE NEARBY EVENT UI (FIXED): Fixed an UI issue on the homepage nearby events where the date range is partially cut off for events with long auditorium names. 
• BCC EMAIL LIST (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the same order cancelation and order confirmation BCC emails are sent multiple times to presenters.  
• INFLUENCER SALES REPORT (NEW FEATURE): A new sales report is created to give marketing team insight into orders that are purchased as a result of influencers' promotion efforts. 

Israel

• RIGHT TO LEFT DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Improved UI display in Israel homepage, checkout and order summary pages.
• CURRENCY DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Changed thousands separated from decimal to comma. 
• STATE DISPLAY DURING CHECKOUT (FIXED): Fixed an issue on the checkout page where Israel states are displayed in English. 
• PELECARD RECEIPT (FIXED): Fixed an issue where the amount that is displayed on the receipt is 100 times smaller than expected. 
• DOOR LANGUAGE DISPLAY (FIXED): Fixed a translation issue where door is not translated to the Hebrew. 

Taiwan

• E-TICKET TEMPLATE (IMPROVEMENT): Updated E-Ticket template with the latest license number and license date.
• PHYSICAL TICKET TEMPLATE (IMPROVEMENT): Updated physical ticket template with a hotline number.

Germany

• DATE RANGE AND CURRENCY DISPLAY (FIXED): Fixed currency display so that there is no extra € at the end. Fixed date range so that März is shown instead of Mar.
