Shen Yun Tickets version 8.06 contains the following list of enhancements and fixes.

1. ANTI-SCALPING: DISTANCE FROM VENUE (NEW FEATURE): (U.S. Events Only) If the distance between the venue and the billing postal code for an order in progress exceeds the default threshold of 350 km (217 mi), a warning popup with reference code MDVP will appear. This alert notifies the user that the credit card cannot be accepted and advises them to try a different payment method or contact the hotline. Sales users will have the option to override the warning and proceed with placing the order. Presenters may change the threshold distance setting for their event by contacting support@shenyuntickets.com.
   

1. EMAIL VERIFICATION (NEW FEATURE): Effective July 2, 2025, system users who attempt to log into their accounts will see a message indicating that their account is not verified. A verification email will be sent to the user, containing a link to complete the email verification process. This is a one-time verification step and is required to enhance the security of our system. Please contact support@shenyuntickets.com if you have any questions or need assistance.
   

1. NAVIGATION GREY BAR (NEW FEATURE): The 'Navigation Grey Bar (By Auditorium)' link has been added to the Store homepage, allowing admin users to edit the grey bar content before an event is set up for the season.
   

1. ALL-IN PRICING MANDATE (IMPROVEMENT): Effective May 12, 2025, the United States FTC’s Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees, 16 C.F.R. Part 464, prohibits bait-and-switch pricing and other tactics used to obscure and misrepresent total prices and fees for live-event tickets. Enhancements to the all-in pricing feature include:
   • For U.S. events, the all-in pricing message above the legend on the seating chart page has been updated and now includes a link to the new Tickets FAQ page.
   • A fees breakdown has been added to the Your Seats popup on the seating chart page for greater pricing transparency.
   • Informative tooltips explaining each fee and tax have been added to the seating chart, cart, and checkout pages.
   
   
2. 2026 SEASON IMAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The ticketing website and email templates have been updated with the new 2026 season image.

• MOBILE ONE-PAGE CHECKOUT (IMPROVEMENT): The mobile one-page checkout feature now supports BLIK, iDEAL, Przelewy24, and SEPA payment methods.

• CHECKOUT PAGE - PHONE (IMPROVEMENT): Country code selection and phone number validation have been added to the shipping and billing phone number fields on the checkout page.

• USER ACCOUNT - 2FA (IMPROVEMENT): When a new user account is created, two-factor authentication (2FA) flag is automatically enabled by default. Only accounts with Sales permission are allowed to have this setting turned off by a local manager. Please note that you must contact support@shenyuntickets.com to set up a 2FA account. 

• ANTI-SCALPING: BLACKLIST ALERT (IMPROVEMENT): If either the subscription, shipping, or billing email address matches an address on the Scalper Email/Domain Blacklist, a warning popup will now appear immediately when the sales user tabs out of either field—instead of waiting until the user clicks the ‘Place My Order’ button.

• CANCEL ORDER & MY ORDER (IMPROVEMENT): On the Cancel Order & My Order pages, separate warning messages are now displayed for an invalid billing phone number and a missing (blank) billing phone number.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS (IMPROVEMENT): An additional sentence has been added to the Terms & Conditions page: 'Customers who exceed the purchasing limits may have one or more orders canceled without prior notice by the promoter of the event.'

• ANTI-SCALPING: EXCHANGE (FIXED): The tickets limit exceeded warning popup now displays correctly during the ticket downgrade exchange process. 

• ADDRESS AUTOCOMPLETE (FIXED): The shipping address autocomplete is now working on the Ticket Exchange page.

• SIGN IN & PRIVATE EVENT PAGE (FIXED): The email address form field on the Sign In page and the passcode field on the Private Event page no longer lose focus while the user is typing.

• ORDER - DISCOVER PAYMENT (FIXED): The Discover payment is no longer showing VISA on the order confirmation page.
