ANNOUNCING TICKETINGBOX VERSION 7.5
On Monday, December 6, we released Ticketingbox version 7.5. This email contains a list of new features/enhancements that are included in version 7.5.
EVENT MANAGERS
- NEW UNSUCCESSFUL PURCHASE TRACKING REPORT (NEW FEATURE): A new report displays all users who clicked "Place Order" but the order failed. For events that have complex, 3-D purchase verifications, this report can be a good indicator for who is having trouble completing a purchase.
- MANAGE GIFT CARD FILTERS (IMPROVEMENT): Additional filters were added to make it easier to find gift cards based on redeem status and expiry status.
- ISSUE COMP GIFT CARDS FOR PAST EVENTS (IMPROVEMENT): Users with security rights to issue comp gift cards may now do so for current and past events.
SALESPEOPLE
- REFUND FULL AMOUNT TO GIFT CARD (FIX): when refunding an order to a gift card, the amount refunded will be the full, correct amount (a previous calculation caused bonus amounts to be deducted from the order amount refunded back to gift cards).
- CUSTOMER ADDRESS LOOKUP (IMPROVEMENT): there is a new email lookup field that allows salespeople to lookup street addresses for return/existing customers (see example below). This will make filling in the customer's address quick and reduce errors. NOTE: if you click a gift card redeem button, the email associated with the gift card will be auto-populated into this email lookup field.
