EVENT MANAGERS/CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • NEW PAGE: PENDING REQUESTS SUMMARY (NEW FEATURE): Provides overview of Customer Service Requests, and allow users to drill-down on specific groups of requests to manage them.
  • NEW REPORT: CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST SUMMARY (NEW FEATURE): Provides overview of Customer Service Request metrics across all events in a store. Use this page to see what requests your patrons have submitted that have not been answered yet.  
  • NEW REPORT: CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION LOG (NEW FEATURE): Provides listing of each notification sent to customers, along with a link to view the exact contents of each notification. 
  • CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION IN ORDER HISTORY (IMPROVEMENT): A line item is added to the order history each time the order's customer is sent a customer notification. You can use this to see what the customer received from you over time.
  • CUSTOMER TRACKING REPORT IMPROVEMENTS (IMPROVEMENT): The Customer Tracking report now records user activity in My Order Options, orphan seat prevention, refer-a-friend, and explore theater so that we may better understand exactly how user interacts with the system.
  • MY ORDER OPTIONS SUPPORTS GIFT CARDS (IMPROVEMENT): The My Order Options self-service page now works with Gift Card orders.
  • SHIPPING MANAGER CONTROL OVER SHIPPING QUEUES (IMPROVEMENT): Admin users may now move an order out of a salesperson's shipping queue in order to assign to someone else.
  • SUBSTRING SEARCH EMAILS IN MANAGE ORDERS (IMPROVEMENT): Users may now user enter substrings of email addresses to find orders (instead of requiring the entire email address).
  • CUSTOMER EMAIL FOR CANCELLATIONS (IMPROVEMENT): When cancelling an order, the customer's email is now pre-populated by default so that customers will get a notification of the cancellation.

MARKETING

  • NEW REPORT: TB EMAIL PERFORMANCE (NEW FEATURE): Provides performance metrics for each of the main retarget email categories.
  • NEW REPORT: SALES HEAT MAP (NEW FEATURE): This graphical report displays a heat map, by postal code, of ticket sales metrics.
  • OMIT CANCELLATIONS FROM PROMOTION CHANNEL REPORTS (IMPROVEMENT): Cancelled orders will not be counted negatively in promotion channel reports so that cancellations don't distort the values of which promotion channels were selected when placing ticket orders.
