FOR ALL USERS
- MOBILE TICKETING ENHANCEMENTS (NEW FEATURE): the design, usability and features available to customers when buying tickets on a mobile device have been updated to increase customer confidence and facilitate an easy and quick busying experience. - DESKTOP TICKETING ENHANCEMENTS: the design, usability and features available to customers when buying tickets on a desktop computer have been updated, especially the Best Available features. Click here to watch a brief video about these improvements.
- SEND SEATS (NEW FEATURE): a new feature that allows users to text or email a link to their seat selections, so they may either save a reference to their seat selections and/or share their seat selections with a friend. Click here to watch a brief video about this new feature.
- EXIT SURVEY: the wording of the exit survey has been re-written to be more encouraging for patrons to buy tickets. Also, the missing image on the exit survey has been fixed.
- REMINDER EMAIL DESIGN/CONTENT: the design and content for the show reminder email was revamped and vastly improved.
- SHIPPED EMAIL DESIGN/CONTENT: the design and content for the shipping email was revamped and vastly improved.
- MULTI-SHOW ORDERS NOT ALLOWED (BEHAVIOR CHANGE): if you wish to purchase tickets to multiple shows (schedules), you will need to place a separate order for each show.
FOR SALESPEOPLE
- THEATER & TICKET INFO PAGE: a new link is available near the top of the event page that displays a new Theater & Ticket Info page, containing all content defined for the Grey Navigation Bar buttons.
- NO REFUND TO CREDIT CARD FOR DOUBLE EXCHANGES (BEHAVIOR CHANGE): users may not issue refunds back to a credit card if exchanging an order that was previously exchanged at least once before. In this scenario, the process much change to cancel the order and re-book.
- NO LIVE-CHAT FOR SALESPEOPLE: the live chat button was erroneously displayed to salespeople when they were selling tickets. This has been disabled. Only customers will see the live chat button.
- MISSING GREY NAVIGATION BAR BUTTONS (BUG FIX): three of the grey navigation bar buttons were missing: Area Map, Available Tickets, and Email. These have been fixed.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- SELLING PRODUCTS (NEW FEATURE): the Ticketingbox now supports selling products during the checkout process. Examples of products might be parking, green room access, VIP package, etc. As the presenter, you may define the name, image, description, and cost of your products.
- eWAY PAYMENT GATEWAY: the Ticketingbox now supports the eWay payment gateway.
- 3-D SECURE PAYMENT METHODS: the Ticketingbox now supports 3-D secure payment methods, which are soon-to-be required in many European countries.
- TAIWAN ATM PAYMENT METHOD: the Ticketingbox now supports Taiwan ATM cards as a payment method.
- ENABLE/DISABLE TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION: user administrators may enable to disabler two factor authentication for your users.
- NEW FILTER FOR CONFIRM PAYMENT: in the Confirm Payment page, a new filter allows users to filter for confirmed or unconfirmed orders.
- NEW FILTER IN ORDERS REPORT: in the Orders report, a new filter allows users to filter for orders purchased by a customer vs. by a salesperson.
- IN SHIPPING, WRONG DELIVERY MESSAGE (BUG FIX): when downloading the shipping label, the wrong delivery type message was sometimes displayed. This has been fixed.
- IMPORT THEATER SOLD PROBLEM (BUG FIX): some users saw an error when trying to import theater sold tickets numbers. This has been fixed.
FOR MARKETING AND REPORTING
- ABANDON CART RETARGET EMAIL (NEW FEATURE): when patrons abandon their shopping cart, the Ticketingbox system will automatically send them a retarget email the following day, if they have not already bought tickets, to encourage them to continue with their purchase. The number of clicks and conversions generated by this retarget email can be seen in the Tracking Link Campaign report.
- POST SHOW SURVEY (BUG FIX): there were a few bugs related to creating custom survey questions and answers. These have been fixed.
- PROMOTION CHANNEL ROI REPORT PROBLEM (BUG FIX): there was a bug related to calculating ROI. This has been fixed.
- SURVEY ANSWER REPORT PROBLEM (BUG FIX): there was a bug related to displaying survey answer results. This has been fixed.
