FOR CUSTOMERS...

Special Seat Button for Customers
If customers have questions about special seats, they now have a button to view any special seat information. 
NOTE: presenter configures this on each event. This means you do NOT have to use the Seating Chart Announcement field to display special seat information to everyone.

FOR CUSTOMERS AND SALESPEOPLE...

Special Seat and Custom Seat Messages
Special seat and custom messages for seats are now displayed clearly in the seating chart, checkout, order summary, and order confirmation email so that salespeople and customers will see clearly if they are buying special seats or seats with a custom message.

Filter by Price in Seating Chart
All users may optionally filter by price in the seating chart.

Updated Order Summary Page
For customers, the order summary page has been made more orderly and professional.
For salespeople, the order summary page has been re-organized to make it clear how to edit information. 

Survey Reminder for Salespeople
Because the survey is behind a button for salespeople, they may forget to fill it out. We now prompt salespeople to fill out the survey if they forget.

Order Confirmation Email Subject
The order confirmation email now includes the order # in the email subject.

Selling Tickets on Mobile
Cleaned up Sell Tickets and Order Summary pages on mobile phones.

Quick Sales Mode
Enabled a quick sales delivery method option that makes in-person ticket selling fast.

Email in Manage Orders
Display email address for recipients and customer billing.

Allow Salespeople to Cancel Own Orders
Salespeople can cancel their own orders with 12 hours of placing the order. This is controlled by an event-level setting, so presenters can decide to enable/disable it, and if enabled, presenters can control how many hours after an order is placed that salespeople can cancel the order.

Updated Special Seat Page
The page for configuring special seats is updated and includes the ability to edit the special seat message.

Seat Messages (Custom Messages for Seats)
You may attach any custom message to any seat in your seating chart to let customers know if there are issues/special situations related to these seats.

Navigation Grey Bar Buttons
Presenters may now add image links to navigation grey bar fields.

Promotion Code Entry Setting
In event settings, you can configure if the button to enter voucher/discount codes is big (and very visible) or small.

Sales by Date Bar Chart
Converted to a bar chart, and provided options for stacking by schedule, price, location, etc.

Sales by Date (Cumulative) Line Chart
Added options to plot separate lines for each schedule, price, location, etc.

Promotion Channel by Date Bar Chart
Converted to a bar chart, and provided options for stacking by promotion channel category, promotion channel, etc. 

Promotion Channels (Cumulative) Line Chart
Added options to plot separate lines for each promotion channel category, promotion channel, etc.

User wrongly prompted for credit card information during complimentary purchase.

Fixed display so users only see own store/events' groups.

Exit Survey Improvements

Address Verification Improvements
Fixed apartment positioning and wrong verification messages.

1. Ticket Quantity was wrongly using UK time to categorize by day
