  •  REFUND BY OFFLINE CREDIT CARD (NEW FEATURE): Refund by offline credit card is now available as an option during order cancellation and exchange.

FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT

  • AUTOMATED REMINDER EMAIL AND PREVIEW (NEW FEATURE): Presenters can now rely on a fully automated email system to send out reminders to all customers 4 days before each show. Presenters may change when these reminder emails are sent, or even override the automated mechanism to send out manually.   • 2 REVENUE BY SALES GROUP REPORTS (NEW FEATURE): 2 new reports are now available to view revenue related to sales group and payment methods.

  • SHRINKING REPORT HEIGHT (BUG FIX): Fixed a problem where report height remains the same after rerunning a report in the same window.
  • EDIT POST SHOW SURVEY (IMPROVEMENT): Various usability improvements to make it easier to edit post show survey questions and answers.
  • POST SHOW SURVEY TEMPLATE (IMPROVEMENT): Revised the post show survey questions / answers to provide more marketing insight, which allows presenters to better understand media consumption habits and reasons for purchasing Shen Yun tickets.
