• DELAY E-TICKETS DELIVERY (ANTI-SCALPING) (NEW FEATURE): You can now delay the delivery of E-Tickets by hours or days before the show, making it harder for scalpers to resell the tickets. Please contact support@shenyuntickets.com for more information or to enable this feature for your event.
• MOBILE ONE-PAGE CHECKOUT (IMPROVEMENT): The mobile one-page checkout feature now supports region-specific payment methods for Australia, Japan, and Taiwan. It now supports the display of translated text.
• CANCEL, EXCHANGE, CONVERT TO GIFT CARD (IMPROVEMENT): The new 'Not for Sale' ticket status option will now appear four days before showtime on the Cancel Order, Exchange Order, and Convert to Gift Card pages, allowing the sales user to create a Customer Service Request (CSR) to notify the presenter for review of the returned seats to decide whether to keep it for sale on the Shen Yun Tickets site or to return it to the theater to sell.
• SHIPPING & HANDLING (IMPROVEMENT): Clicking on the 'Remove from Queue' button on the Shipping and Handling page now adds a comment to the Order History section, recording the action and the user who performed it.
• SEATING CHART - YOUR SEATS (IMPROVEMENT): The ‘Your Seats’ popup on the seating chart page now includes a 'Remove All' button, and the correct subtotal is displayed for ticket exchanges.
• SEATING CHART - EXIT SURVEY (IMPROVEMENT): When a customer moves their mouse outside of the seating chart page, an Exit Survey popup will now appear with a new image. 
• CHECKOUT PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): If an event doesn’t charge a facility fee, ticketing fee, or order processing fee, it will no longer appear in the Fees & Taxes section on the checkout page. 
• MOBILE - PRESALE PAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The 'VIEW EVENT' button on the presale page is now fully visible on mobile devices.
• ORDER SUMMARY (FIXED): The Country and State/Province dropdowns no longer appear empty in the 'Change Customer Billing Information' and 'Change Recipient Shipping Information' forms on the Order Summary page. 
• PDF E-TICKET (FIXED): The PDF E-Ticket now displays correctly without any overlapping text for orders that include insurance purchases.

REPORTS

1. EVENT SETTLEMENT REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): The Event Settlement report now includes the Order Adjustment Amount for canceled orders with non-refundable insurance charges.

 FOR FRANCE

1. HOMEPAGE (IMPROVEMENT): The France ticketing homepage now displays all active events. In addition, the ‘2027 Schedule’ link will be visible next to the ‘Upcoming Shows’ section once those events are active.

FOR ITALY

1. TICKET CERTIFICATION REPORT (IMPROVEMENT): The Ticket Certification Report has been renamed to 'Ticket Certification Report (For Italy)' and the currency symbol has been removed from the Price column. This report is for use in Italy only to comply with local regulations.

FOR JAPAN

1. PAYGENT PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Paygent payment gateway is now available for Japan.

• ORDER SHIPMENT TRACKING (IMPROVEMENT): The Order Shipment Tracking page now features a link for the tracking number that opens the shipping site in a new browser tab, instead of showing the tracking number as plain text.
• STRIPE POSTAL CODE (IMPROVEMENT): The Stripe postal code field for credit card verification is now hidden from customers.
