UPDATES TO TICKETINGBOX

On October 1st, we made a few updates to Ticketingbox, now version 7.15. This email contains a list of enhancements and that are now included.

• CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION FOR GIFT CARD (NEW FEATURE): A new function is now available for Presenters to send custom emails to Gift Card holders. By using this Gift Card version of the Customer Notification feature, it is now possible to complement existing marketing efforts by tailoring a set of emails to notify Gift Card holders of upcoming Shen Yun events. 
• APPLY DISCOUNT CODE ON EVENT PAGE (NEW FEATURE): Allow the ability to apply discount code via a parameter in the URL on the Ticketingbox Event page.
• STORE/EVENT HOMEPAGE FAVORITE (IMPROVEMENT): Store and Event homepage links that are marked as Favorites now persist across language. 
• SEATING CHART ANNOUNCEMENT BANNER (IMPROVEMENT): The announcement banner on seating chart will be hidden as soon as a seat is selected, so as not to hinder patrons from clicking on the Add to Cart button.
• GIFT CARD REDEEM (IMPROVEMENT): Improve Gift Card redemption process to allow users to replace an existing Gift Card that is being redeemed during checkout with another. "X" is also added next to an active Gift Card redeem for salesperson to stop using said Gift Card for redeem.
• 2023 TRAILER VIDEO (IMPROVEMENT): 2023 Shen Yun trailer video is now used on the homepage and event page. 
• E-TICKET COPYRIGHT TEXT (IMPROVEMENT): Allow customized configuration of copyright text in E-Tickets. 
• MOBILE ORDER SUMMARY (FIXED): Fixed a payment display issue on the mobile order summary page for payments with very long labels. 
• COMPLIMENTARY GIFT CARD REASON (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the reason field is ignored when issuing a complimentary gift card.
• PRICE DISPLAY ON BEST AVAILABLE (FIXED): Fixed a price display UI issue in the best available section.
• FRIEND REFERRAL (FIXED): Fixed an error when viewing the refer a friend landing page.
• BONUS GIFT CARD AMOUNT (FIXED): Fixed an error when the bonus amount in some gift cards is not displayed.
• WHEELCHAIR ICON (FIXED): Fixed a problem when the wheelchair icon is not displayed when mousing over a seat on the seating chart. 

Israel

• INVOICE RECEIPT (NEW FEATURE): Implement Pelecard API Invoicing functionality so that each customer automatically receives an invoice after placing an order.
• PELECARD PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Improve UI display in the Israel payment form. 
• RIGHT TO LEFT UX (IMPROVEMENT): General right to left support improvements. 

Japan

• JAPAN PINYIN DISPLAY (IMPROVEMENT): Remove Japanese pinyin display for shipping and handling receipts.
• CONVENIENCE STORE PAYMENT (IMPROVEMENT): Log the action when a Japan Convenience Store payment reminder email is sent. 
  
• JAPAN PAYMENT LABEL (FIXED): Fixed payment label translation issue on the order summary. 
• JAPAN PHONE NUMBER FIELD (FIXED): Fixed an error when placing an order with a Japanese encoded phone number.
• EDITING PATRON INFO ON ORDER SUMMARY (FIXED): Fixed a bug when editing a recipient with an extremely long address.

Italy

• TICKET CERTIFICATION REPORT (NEW FEATURE): A new report was added for exporting tickets orders for integration with ticket agencies in Italy. 

Taiwan

• SEQUENCE NUMBER (FIXED): Fixed a rare bug when the same sequence number is assigned to different tickets. 

Germany

• SOFORT PAYMENT (FIXED): Fixed an exception when placing order via Sofort Payment Intent. 

United Kingdom

• UK EVENT PAGE DISPLAY (FIXED): Fixed a bug where the incorrect state/county is displayed for UK events. Added support for a custom alias setting to override the regular city, country display format.
