How will I receive my Flexible Credit?

You will receive the Flexible Credit via email. The default email address is the one you used to purchase Shen Yun tickets.

Where can I locate my Flexible Credit?

It is in the email from the Presenter. Please keep softcopy or hardcopy of the email.

What if I lost my Flexible Credit?

Can I redeem my Flexible Credit for more than one event?

Flexible Credits can be redeemed for tickets to any events hosted in the San Francisco Store. 

How do I redeem my Flexible Credit during checkout?

During check out, enter the Flexible Credit code in the Add Promo Codes / Gift Cards field. Remember to click the “Apply” button.

When does my Flexible Credit expire?

Your Flexible Credit is valid for two years from date of issuance.

Can I still get a refund once I've received a Flexible Credit?

No refund will be issued after you received a Flexible Credit.
